Quaint walk past cottage garden and small fountain. Order outside at storefront door, outdoor seating only. Excellent quality food and a slight change in orders from another customer.

Quaint Cafe located in a nice corner of Ellicott City, always enjoy my time and the food and drinks are always on point in quality. Lovely atmosphere outside too! The only critique I have is that I often have to wait up to 25 minutes just to get one drink I ordered and I don’t feel like the staff make an effort to be inviting at times and welcoming or get to know me as I come here often.

Fantastic cafe! I got a BLT that was so good so fresh and a hot beverage. Definitely would go back.

Not even going to lie just went there less than 5 mins ago that sandwich was the best sandwich I've had. I walked up and was skeptical at first. The outside looks amazing and you know how sometimes places focus on decour because the food is mid. Well Little Market knows how to do both, that Little Hamilton sandwich damn near brought tears to my eyes. If I only had 10 dollars to my name, I legally changed it to Little Market because it's there 10 dollars.

Loved this little area. Super cute! Had an order window and a pick up table. Did take some time to get my coffee but there was so much to look at I didn't mind at all. I love the outdoor seating.

Outdoor cafe. You order at the window and they call your name and place your order on an outdoor table. I didn’t hear my name for some time so a lady came to me and told me my tea had been sitting out for some time. I ordered the London fog which was good. If you want to sit outdoors and enjoy scenery, it’s a nice place; weather limiting. Would recommend.

Great little cafe in old Ellicott City. Not the best coffee around but good service and great outdoor seating.

This review is not for the food but for the service. The food is great every time we go & I love that they’re so vegan accommodating, which makes me upset that their service is so bad. The last two times we’ve came here we experienced incredibly long wait times. This time was way beyond acceptable. I ordered online and when I arrived I immediately went to the counter and let them I was here, I then watched over the following 45 minutes as people who ordered in real time got their food and left. I ended up waiting almost an hour for two breakfast sandwiches. During that time I went up to the counter staff and asked about my order and they kept saying how busy they were, but I continued to see people being served who showed up even after I did. Great food though but unlikely we’ll get to eat it again because we’re not willing to carve out an hour for a breakfast sandwich. Update: Joy cares deeply about her cafe and customers and very kindly reached out and provided a refund along with some context as to why the wait was so long. I will be going back, because I’m happy to support small businesses with integrity. I’m hopeful that the next time I go the wait won’t be as long.

Food wait time for me was 30+ minutes. The coffee is a little too weak for my taste.

Embarrassing. Usually if a restaurant has a wait time, that information would be relayed to the customer before charging for any food. Not here. The horrible customer service was really complimented by the disgusting sandwiches.

The Little Market Café NEVER disappoints. We have eaten there numerous times over the last years, and our experience is always great. The food is fresh and well prepared. We love their flavorful sandwiches and yummy deserts. And the ambiance perfectly complements the food; our family enjoys having our food outside while listening to live music or getting warm near the fire pit. This is defined the best café in Old Ellicott City.

Very quickly becoming one of my favorite independent coffeeshops in Howard County. It's all outdoor seating, but right off a cute lil stream. There's also a fire pit that you can cozy up around. I've found that other patrons are willing to chat with strangers too, which is pretty rare in our agoraphobic world. Clean public bathrooms nearby.

Little Market Cafe is pretty nice. It's in a neat spot and they serve at the back of the building which is very convenient for those parked in Lot D downtown. The outdoor seating is pretty cool, and they have a fire pit. It's a pretty good spot for sitting and chatting away from the busy Main Street. As far as food and drink, it's been okay. I really appreciate their selection of vegetarian and vegan options. It's above average for similar places I've been to. They have some interesting lattes and sandwiches. I've had the waffle, which was good, and a vegan sandwich (I can't remember which one) which was not bad. The lattes I've gotten here, however, have turned out to be a bit burnt and without much foam at all. I will also note long wait times compared to other places. Maybe they have a small kitchen or something.
