Nicest staff ever - warmly greeted upon crossing the threshold and everyone we interacted with seemed like they were genuinely glad to be there. Oh, yeah, the salads...I did a create-your-own and topped it with salmon - DELISH!!

Excellent chicken cobb salad. Not inexpensive but you can tell that the greens, chicken etc is top quality. You are also served piece of bread and non-salted butter with the salad. I usually get that with water and makes for a good and filling meal. Half salad is also an option.

Extremely small portions given the price. Like, laughably small.

Beautiful small restaurant with walk-up ordering of large salads that come with 4 premium toppings you select or you can choose one of their creations (think of a very, very upscale French themed SaladWorks, although that doesn't sound like a compliment - this is a lovely place for lunch). Brought out order to the table. Very polite and friendly staff. Excellent iced tea - not something I'd usually rave about, but it was outstanding. It is a charming place with a few tables inside and some sidewalk seating. We were passing through town in December so we ate inside. They also serve wine. Went next door for a latte. Soups are large servings and creative. Very nice menu. I'd go again. I believe Sunflower & Greens is part of the Blue Point Hospitality Group, and we went to another of their restaurants, also outstanding and pricey, and also I would return there as well.

If you want fresh, local food and some of the best salads available, this is your place. Did I mention the bread? Just amazing! Always made fresh daily. The service is excellent and even when crowed the staff does a great job of moving things along nicely.

I just ordered the Cobb salad with skirt steak and I think it’s hands down the best salad I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize this place was basically a make your own salad restaurant with soups and a few other things but I had been wanting to try it and it was absolutely amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly and all the ingredients on my salad tasted so fresh. Staff was very polite as well. Hands down, will definitely return.

OMG...I felt like royalty at this charming little eatery! Had the Mediterranean mixed salad with shrimp and iced tea. It was delicious! Staff was very friendly and courteous, checking on me every so often. Salad came with a slice of bread and topped it off with a chocolate chip cookie. Would definitely recommend for a leisurely lunch if you plan to stay and seating is inside, outside, and window seats. Ordering is easy and staff caters to your choices. Can get busy around noon and you can take it with you..very charming place!

Stopped in for lunch today. Ambience is fantastic with nice outdoor seating. Very attentive and friendly staff who are dressed well. Tasty food….Overall, 3 stars for food. I ordered the Poached Pear Salad — it was extremely drenched in dressing to the point where the fresh greens they mixed in could’ve been a day old from being so soggy. I would expect better quality for a $16 salad.

The best, albeit most expensive, salad I've had. A nice experience eating outside. The staff were very kind, even as they were closing.

great food! we were the only two in the place not asked how our meal was by the manager? We might have seemed underdressed but still not an excuse for being ignored by the manager. We paid the same price for the meal! Servers and cashier were great!

It is hard to find plant-based food that isnt processed overly simple. This establishment has figured it out! The quinoa and lentil bowl was a flavor experience I will not soon forget. The fresh ingredients, the sparkling clean and modern feel of the restaurant help further the feelings of delight. Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating... 10 out of 10
