Just a great place. I stay amazed at how they continue to hire such great staff who make me feel like I'm their only customer when in fact they are often very busy. Will get 5th star for atmosphere when they reopen their indoor dinning area.

I’ve been to 49 states and have been to hundreds of local coffee shops. This coffee shop chain is in the bottom 10. They can’t decide whether they want to be corporate or not. They can’t decide whether they want to be a drive thru or not. They can’t decide whether they want to be a dine in café or a industrial roaster supplier. The ambiance is terrible, the coffee is mediocre and they aren’t even remotely fast in terms of service (a black coffee frequently takes multiple minutes). 1/10 stars.
Justin was my server and was very friendly. Was able to help me without feeling rushed. My 1 wish is they would have mustard pak to take when purchasing Mad Egg sandwich.
The girls inside Rise Up are exceptional, always a delightful experience. BUT who can we contact for an unacceptable customer service experience at Mad Eggs? Order placed online over an hour ago, they never put my order out. When we got there and tried to ask for an update, people in the trailer avoided eye contact even after we had to knock on their window to get their attention. They don’t speak much English, but could communicate more than well with their attitude and eye rolls. Don’t know what’s this in the picture, but looks like food was prepared in this environment.
Jillian ALWAYS gets my order exactly right and even remembers to make my drinks with oat milk when I forget to specify! It's that attention to customers and detail that I love about this place. The food is excellent, the drinks a fabulous, and the customer service is exceptional!

Delicious coffee! Tried the Açaí bowl and was very pleased. My husband got a scrapple, egg, and cheese on a biscuit and absolutely loved it. We love the outdoor area there, it’s so relaxing and open. The service is always impeccable, even in the super early hours 😊.
Used drive through across the street. Got a sigle macchiato with a caramel shot which was very good. Prices were reasonable. The batista were friendly, service was quick. There's also an order in location across the street.
Pricey but the quality is amazing. The iced mocha latte was sooo good.. Hot chocolate was so rich and creamy.
The frozen chai is EVERYTHING. I’ve never had a better one!!!
A great coffee joint. The staff was super friendly, and there is a nice select of coffee drinks and menu items. Enjoyed sitting outside with the family at their picnic tables.
Went yesterday for breakfast . Wait 45 minutes. Never got our breakfast to be told they don't make that anymore. Why didn't someone you that in the first place. The manager was rude about the whole thing rise up better wise up.
This morning was my last straw, orders are never correct I won’t even start on food being ready on time and everything is overpriced. You still owe me the tots I ordered. #standupagainstriseup

unfortunately the breakfast biscuit tuned into a doughy mess when chewed, like a dry gumball, the thickness of the ham slices was impressive. As for the black iced coffee, I won't be returning anytime soon.
