$4.50 cappuccino rings up at $5 despite menu. Workers indicated "that posted menu is probably old". No raw sugar available. Really bland drink.

I loved everything about this place. Where it was located to the inside to the customer service. It was so awesome to see (what I think might have been the owner) know who his regulars are and didn’t have to ask what they were ordering. To me that speaks VOLUMES!! But yes..ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and breakfast sandwich on croissant. Amazing!! It was a fret sandwich and a great iced coffee and truth be told I’m not an iced coffee drinker. Lastly they sale coffee that you can take home…tons of coffee. I bought a few sample packs which I think is so cool since sometimes you don’t want to commit to and entire bag. They also have merch shirts cups. I could see myself sitting here on the weekends and enjoying a nice cup. Pop in and give them a try you won’t regret it!!!

Stopped by on a busy weekend and the coffee was awesome. Staff was super nice & very welcoming. I'm pretty familiar with location on Rhode Island Ave. in NE DC, but this new place is in my hood — yay! So psyched to have a location in Pigtown! GREAT vibe.

Seems like a great place to get some coffee and pastry. Just not for me. I don't use them. I was a driver.

A great local cafe where you can grab a quick bite and tasty coffee. A good number of tables and seats are available for people to dine in.

The store has a pleasant appearance on the outside. Upon entering it brings a cozy coffee shop atmosphere to which you can slow down just a little bit in life for a moment. Barristers are polite, efficient, and engaging. Come to this spot when you just want to drink a coffee and might I recommend the Lox bagel? Will come every time I can.

I had a distressing transaction at Zeke's this morning, and I think folks should keep an eye out for this: I breakfast every day at the Pigtown location. Service takes a while; that's totally fine, no rush. The clerk said they were out of sausage for the sandwich -- again, not a problem. The sandwich is $6.50 -- give me ham or whatever. She then tacked on a $4 surcharge for the ham. $4 on top of what the sandwich should have been constructed of. Of course I said no, and she steered me to another sandwich (with ham) for $7.50. Something is up. Just pay attention and carefully read your receipts.

It's a cute, tiny little hole-in-the-wall place, with exposed brick walls, good sandwiches and excellent coffee.

Tucked into the shops along this street is a very nice coffee shop. A wide variety of coffees were available. And a small display case of food. Staff were friendly but not overly so.

I’m disabled and there are some days where I can’t cook for myself or stand a whole lot, and that’s where zekes comes in. I’m only a block or two away, but when I can’t stand long enough to cook and need food to take my meds I always order from them! I’m only like two blocks away and I feel kinda bad for the delivery person because it feels like a waste of time, but I’m grateful to have this option for when I’m really sick. When I can walk the short distance I usually stop in, order a coffee, and check out the bookstore next door. They make great lattes and a wonderful dirty chai!
