Quiet place right near the train station, great for affordable drinks while you wait for your train. Excellent atmosphere as well! The proprietor appears to recognize the frequent customers and remember their drinks, which speaks well of both him and the repeat customers. It's also right next to UBaltimore, so I imagine it's a good option for the students there. I'd certainly visit the place a lot if it was across from my university!

Great spot to grab coffee near the Train station. The owner is very nice and I’ve had both his regular brewed coffee and espresso drinks. Welcome addition to the area and for train commuters

sweet new cafe in Mt Vernon that’s walking distance from Penn Station! The space is nice, airy, and perfect to read or work for a couple hours. They also have affordably priced coffee & home goods. I got the peppermint mocha with soy milk which was delicious, and they were able to make it in my reusable thermos.

Honestly cute little coffee shop in a convenient location. Seating available inside is nice and the fact that it's on a less busy street makes for a nice spot to work/relax at. There is bench seating along the windows, some small tables and one large table with several seats. In terms of their drinks, I can only speak to the chai so far which I would say is okay (flavor is good, but I personally wish it was stronger).

The place looks promising. I just got a brewed coffee (which in itself was very good) since I was in a rush but I'll be sure to check them out again and give the menu a good flex.
