There was one barista working and she was rude. She did not greet us and made 6 of us use a tablet instead of helping as she was standing there. She was very short with her words and her tone was very rude even with the tablets not functioning correctly. When asked a question she would literally flip out. Would not recommend this rude service.
I must have not looked like the type of person that drinks or even likes coffee, because I did not in any way share the enjoyable experience that others have reviewed about. The service itself was more than slow. I even had issues asking for a danish because the server kept putting on a fake “English Bobby” accent which sounded horrible and hard to understand. When he corrected himself I understood what he was asking which was a simple, “would you like your danish toasted?” This whole experience took an unnecessary 15 minutes at an establishment that does not accept cash. Writing about this and the experience there itself was crass and I am not amused at all. Save your money and time.
Smelt like salmon. And the drinks were extremely expensive.
Had the iced mocha with a shot of honey Graham flavor awesome will come back again
one of my favorite spots in town - great espresso, great space, great location, friendly staff!
Stopped by to grab a coffee on my way back to Philly. The café name begged for a closer inspection... I ordered a large Navigator, the house blend, which I had black. While balanced and mellow, the roast does have a sharp delightful sweetness! #VagrantCoffee #Navigator
Good service and my iced latte was great
My latte wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. We walked in, no one greets you or even acknowledges that you exist. We placed our order and sat at a small table in the back. We heard the baristas calling everyone's names when their orders were ready but never heard her call our name. All of a sudden she comes to the back where the tables are and asks "is there an Edgar here?" My boyfriend then gets up to go get our order and with an attitude, she says "I've been calling you" uhmm no you haven't ma'am. We heard everyone else's name but ours. The way she said it, sounded as if she was an angry mother talking to her child. Unnecessary and unprofessional.
Bad customer service. I bought a big coffee and I received a tiny coffee. Baristas were rude with the elderly. They are expecting you to use the self-service tablets even when is your first time there. Self-service kiosks are confusing, and older people have problems using them. One of the baristas was rude to them because they asked for assistance.
Delicious coffee. Warm cookies. Quiet seating area to relax and focus. Can't ask for anything better!
The coffee here was fine. But the avocado toast I got was awful — soggy bread and browning avocado without seasoning. Perhaps even worse, the wifi barely worked. My friend and I both kept losing connection, even when our computers said we were connected. I asked if the baristas if they could reset the router, but they didn't as far as I could tell. I was also disappointed that, although we asked for our coffee "for here," we didn't get mugs but to-go cups. And the ipad ordering system was annoying!
Very convenient location. Quality drinks. Overly ambitious prices.
It's okay.. Great espresso machine, but I ordered a latte and recieved a cappuccino heavily topped with foam. The chocolate chip cookie was alright, and it's pretty cool they are freshly baked.
Your fridge is soooo noisy it's driving your staff and customers bonkers !
Came in for a small cup of coffee and was met with Lee’s awesome service. Hands down a place where I don’t mind starting my day with. Thanks y’all.
Beautiful location and space--a great place to work or sit and enjoy. Right next to Fed Hill park, so I loved getting a warm cup of coffee before watching the sun rise! The staff is helpful, but the coffee is hit or miss. I've had excellent drinks but drip coffee that tasted old and burnt.
Cozy cafe w/ a cool piano. Black owned too.
I used to love 3 beans much more and would get coffee on my way to the science center weekly. Now the ordering system is on a tablet that makes it not the easiest to find which drinks you're trying to order. There usually only seems to be one person working. Number one problem is the coffee is quite expensive for Baltimore, only have 12oz, and the last few times my latte has only been maybe half full. Delicious but not worth the expense anymore.
Fun looking spot, great atmosphere. They were out of a lot of items. Food and drinks they did have, unfortunately, weren't great.
This place has great customer service! As for the food/ drink: The juice was really refreshing, and anyone who wants a little spice and citrus to pick them up. Latte was a solid latte -their coffee blend tastes more on the creamier side. Cookies were baked to perfection: crispy on the outside and kinda soft on the inside. Avocado toast was fine. I do wish there was salt and pepper added but they were very generous with the avocado. Screen ordering may not get you exactly what you want, so I suggest talking to the barista/ cashier (they were very friendly).
