Chorizo sausage egg and cheese was really great sauce made it awesome. No good place to stand and wait for your order, probably should have sat at a table as there was plenty of seating.

Quaint little coffee shop with great selection of coffees, pastries, smoothies, açaí/smoothie bowls and more! Mix of indoor and outdoor seating available, prefect for brunch with the pups 🐶!

Really cool spot with some delicious drinks and delicious food. The service was quick and delightful. Do not skip on the pastries. Definitely buy one, two, or even five.

Yummy and quick! I always try and swing by for a drip coffee and breakfast sandwich. Easy 15-minute and 30-minute free parking right in front.

Door Dash orders are never ready, or grub hub orders. Please remember that door dash orders are supposed to be ready upon the Dasher arriving to pick up the order, All items should be bagged and trayed and ready to go. Thank you.

Very tasty breakfast sandwich! It's a little on the smaller side, but it was really good and fresh.

This place has quality food options but produces too much waste. Everything here is to go. Even the hot sauce comes in plastic. Also my cappuccino, which they labeled a cortado since I wanted 8oz, was too hot.

We really enjoyed this breakfast joint. We stopped by on our way from Portland to Acadia, and I’m so glad we did. The place is small but cute, and the breakfast sandwiches were DELICIOUS! My sister loved the iced latte too! I highly recommend Coffee ME Up if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying breakfast.

Update: This continues to be one of my favorites among coffee shops. My wife and I move to Kansas City 2 years ago and visited because we are back in town. I cannot recommend this location enough. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Portland. They have amazing staff who are friendly and their food is a-maz-ing! My girlfriend and I frequent this location, my only concern is the growing popularity of the location and that there tends to not be anywhere to sit recently. I'm glad they are doing well though because they definitely deserve it!

Update: a lot has changed in the last 4 years, but one thing is the same - the customer service, quality of beverages, and quality of food is still amazing at Coffee ME Up. My now-husband and I are visiting Portland for the week (we live in Kansas City now) and we knew we needed to stop by here. This place still reigns supreme as our favorite coffee shop we have ever visited. One of the team members remembered us, and we haven't been here since we moved 2.5 years ago. Being remembered and valued is clearly a priority here. Old review: My boyfriend and I decided to try this café out after our original breakfast plans got ruined, and it turned out to be the best experience we've had in a while. I am a current Starbucks barista, and he used to work for Starbucks as well, and we both are very picky when it comes to coffee and customer service. We both started off with pumpkin spice lattes and a bacon, avocado, egg, and cheese on an English muffin, and were so impressed with the quality that we ended up purchasing small drip coffee, a hot chocolate (pictured), iced chai latte, and a bag of ground coffee. Every employee we spoke with was extremely nice and worked to get to know us. The café was quaint and homey, and I'm convinced that they serve the best hot chocolate I've ever had. We will definitely be returning often after this first visit.
