Very enjoyable visit on a Saturday morning. Chatting with others in line made the wait quite tolerable. Love the new location in New Gloucester. We had breakfast sandwich, turmeric latte, bagel with hummus, and hot chocolate. All delicious!

Stopped in during a bike ride w/ my wife and she had the veggie sandwich on sourdough and I had the turkey on sourdough, excellent! Looking forward to trying dessert next time , since they were completely sold out !

I was there for their last day at the original shop. Their bagel are great and I'll be visiting their new locations.

I find it strange that they never figured out that if they run out of bagels every single morning that they could make a few dozen more.

You can see them make their baked goods so you can tell its from scratch and baked fresh daily. Get there early cause they sell out early. I got there around 10am and they only had english muffins and sourdough for sandwiches. Still great. You could taste the ham, the tang of the good Swiss and sourness of the pickles. The sandwiches were well balanced in flavor and obviously made with good quality ingredients. Staff is very welcoming. Prices are reasonable for the above average product/service you receive

Maples has the best drip coffee in town, hands down. The freshly baked bagels with house-made cream cheeses are amazing. When I want to spread some joy and bring a smile to a client's face with something unexpected, I always select a few of Maple's sweet treats from the bakery case. It's wonderful to see their faces light up when they see how beautiful (and later, how delicious) the treats are. The staff is always incredibly kind and friendly, as well.

They always have great bagels. The 4 star rating is due to the fact that it is hit or miss as to if one is able to buy a breakfast sandwich. They often sell out well before they close.

If finding comfort in the little things was a business operation - Maples is it. This morning started off horrible with some bad news. Making my way to the start of the day - I popped in for a bagel and some coffee. The brief joy of one of their bagels and libations took me out of a negativity & I was able to move on with my day in a much better attitude! It amazes me how enjoyable their food and coffee is. Even the staff have all been very kind & friendly -- so much to the point that I look forward to seeing them. Thank you Maples & Staff!

Maples has the best pastries in the Portland area. Well worth a try.

I just moved we to Yarmouth and found this place right away. There are not many options for good coffee in the area and I happen to be lucky enough to live close to Maples. The staff is very friendly and they make my mocha perfectly. Their basic cold brew and hot coffees are also good quality. My only complaint would be that they are not open every day, and they often run out of bagels and breakfast sandwiches before I am able to get there. There's always something good to eat though. The ham sandwich is my favorite, with extra pickles! I try to stay away from the sweets, but the raspberry and lemon bars are delicious.

Have only been once. Had a banana bread. Was ok. I would say the staff could've been friendlier. Average, didn't wow me though, hence the 3 rather than 5 stars.

First time trying Maples and I really enjoyed the everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Iced americano was great as well. Plenty of parking and even though it was very busy I didn’t have to wait long at all for my order. Will definitely be back for more!

Much better than Dunkin for any given reason: quality of product and service, speed, competence, order accuracy. Drink Maple’s.
