I enjoy seeing signs that say "we are now open" when in fact it's not open.
I went to the Main Street, Bangor location hoping to get lunch. I was told they are breakfast only. Okay, I could get a breakfast sandwich for lunch. Then I was told at 1:14 pm that they were getting ready to close. Tim Horton franchise owner, why did you even bother to open?
I loved working here! My first job, and one of my best jobs. The crew that I had was absolutely amazing, and I will never forget the beautiful morning sunrises, and sunsets. One of the best spots at the time to enjoy a coffee, sit down with friends, and enjoy the view. I am going to miss the hell out of this place.
Second place I tried to stop and get coffee in Bangor today that was closed. Despite looking like a drug shanty from the pull-in (garbage can full, loose trash blowing around) I hoped that it was just a rough exterior. Nope, closed for staffing issues. Maybe we just leave this franchise location closed if they can't be open at the height of tourist season.
Temporarily closed on Sundays due to staff shortage.

Family of six waited and waited for our order. Out of eggs, out of hash browns, but plenty of excuses. No refills on coffee because of COVID excuse is getting long in the tooth. COVID spreads person to person, not on coffee cups and over 70 percent of population is vaccinated. If you don't give out refills so you can make more money selling me another cup, at least be honest about it.
Great experience! Very friendly employees! Had sandwiches for breakfast and coffee and doughnuts. All fresh and pleasantly served. What more can you ask for?
I wish there was more of these down in Southern Maine, nice staff and good coffee , very friendly staff .

Better food than Dunkin...a bit of a drive from Belfast to Bangor, but well worth it if you're in the area. Great service, too
Man I can't get enough the coffee. Hands down other than my kitchen this is my favorite spot to grab a hot coffee. The breakfast sandwiches and donuts are fantastic as well. If you're a coffee lover and never been hop on over and check this place out!
No inside seating.
Honestly if I could give less than one star I would do it. Bathroom was closed due to covid??? Other establishments I have been in have Safely operated their restrooms why cannot they figure it out? When I simply pulled my mask down just enough to take a sip of coffee and then pull it back up, I was rudely told the mask has to stay on when in the store. Really? I was the only one in the store and they were over 12 ft away. In my opinion this establishment needs better management. I have been in other Tim Hortons restaurants where none of this stuff is going on.

The Tim Hortons In bangor has to no to give better service. The young girl that waited on me inside was rude and gave me the wrong order, and when I told her it was wrong she argued with me. She didn't give me a bag for my bagel, I got it in a napkin. I asked for a bag and again rude...She rang me up wrong and did not give me a receipt for the transaction. And when I asked her for a receipt she said she threw it away. What kind of people do you have working there.? Usually I have really good service. I think I will go somewhere else for now on.
Terrible customer service. They really have us waiting outside in the cold and just would not open up early let alone at 6. You're only open for 8 hours and you still won't open your doors until 6:05. So we just left and I will never be back again

The owner needs to let their people know to fill the Coffees. I have gone to several locations locally and they always fill almost 2 full inches from top. RIP off. Food is good but they never give napkins unless you ask and never ask you if you need a bag. The owner can do better and sti earn plenty. The staff are always nice.
