Really disappointed. Pre-ordered a gallon of Carmel granita for my crew. Didn't pay attention and got charged for a gallon of Carmel iced coffee. So I was very disappointed when I picked up something other then what I ordered....and it wasn't even cold. Also got charged for extra cups for my crew. I got stuck with room temperature "ice coffee". I know it's partly my fault for not paying more attention. Just a very disappointing experience. Lesson learned.
Usually always busy, usually alway slow. Not sure which one causes which. Service is decent most of the time, getting what you ordered can vary though. We all know why we're coming here, it's a PJ's.
Wanted to try a new coffee place while visiting Slidell LA and PJ’s did not disappoint. Coffee great, service with a smile and clean place to hang for a bit.
This place is open until 8 pm. They have good food, wonderful varieties of sugar-free coffee, and friendly service.
This morning 4/21/2023I went to the Pj’s on Linberg. Not sure what the young ladies name is but she is incredible. She was all by herself and she was handling (it as busy as it was) like a champ. She’s weaves all the praises. That’s why I love PJ’s.
This place is awesome. They never miss a beat, always super friendly and fast with thier service.

The medium roast coffee was so strong. Had to put 4 creamers in a medium cup.
They charge a credit card fee on DEBIT CARDS, which is highly illegal.

They never give you the order right or if they do the coffees are cold instead of hot latte you get a old cold brew coffee. Im sorry

Trying to sit, relax, have nice conversation and enjoy my nice cup of coffee and can’t because of annoying loud background music playing. Pjs you need to turn the music lower and if you want to play music, make it soothing.
i go to pjs a lot but whenever i go to this new location the coffee is always terrible. the staff is super sweet but no one knows how to make drinks i guess! every drink ive ordered from there has been waaaayyyy too sweet and watered down.
Customer service is not their strong point. I walked in and there were no other customers inside, and only one car in the drive-thru. Staff said - we'll be with you in a minute. 5 minutes go by and they ask - are you picking up a mobil order? I wasnt. She says ok and walks away. Several cars pulled into the drive-thru and they began to take their orders. I also walked out like some other reviews I read about this location. Very disappointing.

This PJs is a very cute location. I believe it is fairly new so everything is very tidy and clean. The 2 girls working were warm, friendly, and kind. I will definitely be stopping by again.
way better than Starbucks burnt coffee, tasty lattes every time i go here!
I love this place. The GM at this location is such a kind and wonderful lady! 9 out of 10 times I visit she is working and ends up serving me, even when I do curbside orders. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because of corporate reasons. The manager works so hard and is always there, for almost 2 weeks I went every day And she was the ONLY one working, yet I go to the Gause location and they have 4-6 people on staff? Corporate should step in and help her, balance staff with support from another location, offer her support so she has time to hold a hiring event (can’t interview and hire if you’re the only one keeping the store operational!) something.. This location is doing everything right and being failed by their superiors! (This is all my observation, none of this was mentioned by the manager, just things I picked up on being an EVERY DAY customer for months. You’re doing a great job ma’am I hope they reward you for it). Stop in and get some good coffee!
