inside of stein's. noticed they had a bottled water jug, so i figured they cared about the quality of the water going into their coffee. ordered a cortado. excellent. correct 1:1 proportion w/ art. excellent complement to stein's itself. friend had their drip. their cortado is as good as any other i've had, and i've had cortados from here to kodiak alaska and numerous place far and near.
Line out the door moves fast. Every grind is weighed before brewed. Dammmn it's good kwaffee!!!!

Whatever coffee is making the best coffee / espresso-based drinks in the city. Also, the proprietor is real, real nice.
In Stein’s Deli, a pop up by Sarah and Charles. Serves Sarah’s self- roasted Pretty Coffee. No seating during the pandemic, call ahead with their scarytime hotline or walk up to the window. Espresso is incredible here and so are the people.
