Great Coffee!! Better than that other “Coffee Chain” !!!!
My favorite go-to coffee shop in Nola! I absolutely love the fact they offer redeemable stars that can earn you a FREE coffee! I also love how nice this location is and the staff is always welcoming and friendly despite the early hours! My favorite coffee is the Caramel Crème made with soy and Splenda with an extra espresso shot! I also love their delicious 🤤 options for a breakfast treat or meal. I personally love the Veggie Egg white bites! They’re always so hot and fresh whenever I order them! Plus they even offer a drive-thru service which is my #1 option 🤣 What you waiting for? You shouldn’t have to start the morning off without a delicious treat!

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 orders of beignets and didn’t even get both orders only got one that they had brought out for a car that has just recently placed their order. Also asked for an extra shot of espresso and didn’t get it. Starbucks has better coffee shoot even McDonalds is better. PJ (Pathetic Joke)

I'm just convinced that they make your coffee the way they want and not how it supposed to be made the things you order from the menu don't taste nothing like it supposed to i think this was my last time giving this pj a try ill pass pjs up and go to mc Donalds lol i know yall dont care just letting you guys know i think this pj team needs to go back into training !
Service was lovely but the matcha was just undrinkable. Match powder was chunky, too much milk, and so sweet I had to toss it.

This is where I go for my NOE Matters Coalition community meetings. It is the best atmosphere to be in the know for everything New Orleans East.
This review is LONG overdue! I ordered two cups of coffee and a muffin on December 6 to have delivered through an app. When I received my order, one cup was large, and the other was small. I immediately called to have my order “corrected“ the young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and polite; she told me that she’d have the manager call me. To my surprise, my call was returned in less than 5 minutes. I explained my story to the manager and mentioned that I couldn’t leave my job to pick up my coffee, especially since it was “their error.” She patiently and politely took my work address and said she would personally deliver it to me. In just a few minutes, she arrived with a large cup of coffee in hand. The best part of this long story I’m sharing is that I was completely WRONG! My original order was, in fact, CORRECT! The manager (I feel so bad, but I forgot her name) NEVER argued, raised her voice, or got rude towards me at ANY point in the entire process. Instead, she patiently showed me where I went wrong in my order process. When I offered to pay her, she gracefully declined any payment or a tip! This lady made my day, not because she didn’t take additional money but because she showed me that there are still some wonderful people in this cruel world. It’s been two or three weeks since it happened, and I still think about the kindness and patience this manager showed me! She is a wonderful human; she could have easily told me I was wrong and hung up the phone or never called me back. She and her staff fulfilled my original order CORRECTLY the first time. They owed me NOTHING but still went above and beyond to satisfy me. Thank you so much to the manager that worked on December 6 of this year!
The best peach Palmer tea!!
I ordered a cookie dough oat milk latte with whipped cream and did not have whipped cream on my drink nor did anything in the drink taste as advertised. It honestly looks and tastes like a basic hot coffee. And my turkey sausage and egg sandwich was cold and look deformed/unappealing. If not for traveling out of state & not having time to turn around, I would have come back for a refund. Very dissatisfied with my order and would not come back here again.
Coffee isn’t bad, prices are a little expensive though and when I was going through the drive thru they asked if I would like to leave a tip. A little bit of a tough and awkward question through the drive thru and it seemed if I said no I wouldn’t get my drinks or would get looked at bad. I don’t mind tipping, but asking someone in a drive thru if they want to tip you while holding their credit card is a little strange to me
I always go through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and efficient! When I pull up to the window for my order, I'm always greeted with a warm smile. 😊 Thanks for your excellent customer service!
I just move to NOE I didnt know they had a PJs out here.. And its Black Owned I think.. But, its pretty chill spot. And the customer service is good too..

Glad to have a PJs in the East. The inside is gorgeous. Love the feel! Can't wait to study or read when I have more time.
