Used to be a regular even though I always felt uneasy because they treated me (white) much differently than my husband (Black) but had to stop because: Baristas don’t know how to make a drink. They burn espresso and use the wrong milk. When I have asked them to remake it in the past, it was never a problem. However the one time my husband makes that same request, they refused to remake it for free and said it wasn’t their fault. So they charged him even though it was their mistake and then they poured a hot drink in an plastic cup meant for iced drinks. And the barista handed him the cup as it was melting from the hot espresso with a smug smile. What did he do to you to deserve that? The station staff needs DEI training because micro aggressions like that is why the clientele (and staff) are very homogeneous despite being in a chocolate city. And it’s also why I will never ever return despite living so close I can see it from my house! P.S. staff doesn’t wash their hands between handling money at the register and making your breakfast sandwich. Once, I watched a cashier pet a dog and then handle an egg patty with their bare hands without washing them.

NOT dog-friendly like other reviews state. You are absolutely not allowed inside with a dog, even to quickly order, and the staff is rude about it. With such a nice outdoor space, you'd think they'd allow you to come in and order, or develop a system that lets people with dogs order (e.g., an online ordering system or a window to order). Asking people to tie their dogs up outside and trust that someone won't run off with them or something won't happen is way more risky than allowing dogs inside for 2 minutes to order. Coffee is average. Have no idea about food because wasn't able to look or order without being rushed out with a dog.

I was in New Orleans for a work meeting. On the day I was leaving. I saw this great little spot down the street from me. It's a really well designed outside and inside space. It's so welcoming green and with simple but tasteful decorations. It's very unique and authentic and how the furniture and art and architecture has been designed for the space. The food is well thought out, diverse and fresh. There's something for everybody. The coffee is delicious and well selected. The staff are so friendly and efficient.

Just love this place! Friendly service and great coffee and pastries. I always get a quiche slice or a mini frittata, but I've tried a lot of things and they are all great. And dog friendly!

If I could come here daily, I would. Their coffee is amazing, the baked goods are delicious, I wish I would have visited sooner.

This place has great coffee, a huge assortment of pastries and snacks, MANY of which are gluten free, even!!! When I went it was a busy Sunday, but I didn't wait long in line and I got my things right away after ordering. And the other guests were smiling and happy. They have a sweet little outdoor area and a woody interior to focus in or visit with friends.

Very disappointed. Saw demonstration on WDSU morning news of grab and go items that looked great. King cake and breakfast items specifically. Left Slidell around 12:10 and by the time we got there the small display case was almost empty and staff said they were not making any thing else for the day. Will not recommend to family and friends or ever go there again myself!

Had a really good cup of single source cold brew. I'm not sure it's worth a car jacking, but solid none the less.

One of our favorite coffeeshops. Unfortunately thanks to them we eat far too many delicious biscuits and other pastries. The baristas/staff are great, service is quick & always personable and engaged. Lots of seating. Good vibes always.

The bright colored roof caught my eye & then I saw it was a coffee shop! Love it. Great outdoor areas for enjoying your coffee and a limited number of seats inside for those rainy days. Lots of pastries to choose from. Coffee is strong and good.

Egg strata and morning bun were delicious. The little chickpea and eggplant savory handpie was yummy! The staff is always nice and the location is lovely.
