I was there for a meeting and we both only had coffees. Quiet. Wonderful atmosphere. Good location on Freret Street.
Mojo probably has the best coffee in New Orleans. Their pourover options are plentiful. The space on Freret has two large communal tables and several smaller tables. It fills up quickly and here are few outlets, so try not to go during busy hours!
Freret’s go-to spot ‘Good Mojo,’ by vibe & name Local brew is best #Nola_Haiku @MojoCoffeeHouse #Mojo #CoffeeShop #Freret #EatLocal #NOLA #Uptown #CoffeeRoaster #Haiku
I love Mojo's old fashioned atmosphere and funky wall art. Young Tulane and Loyola University student crowd mainly. Snack menu is good but not too elaborate.
I frequent this coffee shop almost daily. The employees are so sweet and friendly. The shop always has good music and a great selection of snacks/food to accompany my much needed caffeine fix. The bean burrito with hot sauce is to die for. Definitely recommend if you're in the freret area.
Used to be a nice hang out- Now the coffee is a bit bitter and the place has gotten dirty. The location is nice, but this place is " nothing to write home about "
A great neighborhood coffee shop on Freret.
Always one of my first stops when I come to New Orleans. Great coffee, friendly staff and wonderful people watching.
Excellent coffee and great service
I went here several times on my walk when recovering from surgery. The staff is always very friendly. They have great homemade kombucha and a warm orangey wall inside to work or several outdoor tables to sit and visit the birds and neighbors. Plus, they have the Little Shop of Horrors plant, so, can't go wrong. I never ate any foods, but they do have baked goods that look delish.
Thank you so much for being open for part of the day Christmas Day! I’m a local pet sitter and have been out & about since 6am driving around the city from house to house taking care of peoples pets while they are out of town. I needed a caffeine boost and a bite to eat! You are a jewel! And yes, I tipped as well! Merry Christmas Mojo!
Best dirty chia, Very Friendly staff, great service, cute coffee art! T-shirts, cards & fresh food (sliced breakfast breads, breakfast burritos) Brb
Clean build out, very good coffee ☕ inside and sidewalk seating.
Chai latte was cold and mostly foam. So disappointed
The coffee was good; we weren’t hungry so didn’t try any pastries. Interesting decor with eclectic local art for sale. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating if you need to study or want to hang out with friends.
I had to find a new place to run my writing group. Mojo coffee on Freret welcomed us with open arms. We had a great time. Also the coffee is excellent.
Ordered a large hot pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and was a bit taken aback by the price…$9. My fault definitely for not looking at prices but I’ve never ordered a more expensive coffee. For that much I was expecting the best latte I’ve ever had, but I’d give it 3 stars. Warm, but not hot, and flavor just wasn’t really what one would expect when ordering a pumpkin spice flavored latte. Drinkable? Yes. But delicious? Not so much.
Great study/work/hangout space, responsive ownership, excellent selection of coffees, teas, food.
Great place to meet up w/ a friend or to sit and do work.
Pretty good coffee but the almond pastry was the bomb!!
