What an amazing concept! I loved everything about this place, from the menu to the paintings. The service was friendly. We tried a flight of the first four affogatos on the menu. I do wish the bowls were a bit bigger. After the espresso is poured on, it was hard to get a bite without the liquid spilling over. They were smart and served it on a tray with lots of napkins, though! Next time I'd love to try an alcoholic pour over!
We came here for gelato and ended up trying the gelato, affagato, and coconut cake. Cute location and the gelato is fresh and made in small batches. We didn’t try it but saw tables get the gelato and affagato flights which looked awesome. There was a line of people waiting to get in by the time we left.
Not only is the interior Instagram worthy but the atmosphere was top notch. The music was great and the ice cream flavors were fantastic! By far my favorite dessert we tried on our trip in new orleans! Maybe favorite ice cream ever!! 😋 I recommend the gris gris and 84 world fair!
This used to be just a regular coffee shop. Now it is a luxurious dessert shop, this is an amazing place to have dessert and coffee after dinner. Very intamate and very chic, I will definetly be bringing friends here.
After dinner at Vyroones, we decided to have dessert at Drip. It was a very interesting experience. The service was great, very friendly and fun 😊

Neat place for a boozy dessert (or not boozy). Good gelato and interesting flavors. Traditionally comes with a shot of espresso, but can upgrade to a boozy affagato with a shot of alcohol to pour on top that is well matched to the gelato. Would love to see larger dishes. Not for more gelato, as the portions are perfect, but there is no room in the dish to add the espresso shot, let alone espresso and the additional optional shot of alcohol.
This place was AWESOME!!! The pours with the gelato took it to the next level and the espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. Every city needs a place like this and this was one of my favorite places we’ve visited in NOLA. (Chris was so friendly and a great server!)
Ice cream was good. Reading the reviews and the owners responses while eating it is the cherry on top.
Edited: lol that literally was not me or my experience at this establishment. This place is a disaster, with clueless and rude staff. It should not take over an hour to get a scoop of ice cream. Second edit: also not a former employee. Yall got issues.
This place is completely crazy. They have coffee, but also do affogato...ice cream which you topped with a shot of espresso. You can also get a shot of something alcoholic, because it is also a bar. The decor is a wild mix of bright colors, and all the work staff have on shirts with lips!! I had the Big Easy..vanilla gelato topped with crushed pistachios, a stropwafel, and edible glitter. Pour over your shot of espresso... Voila! Affogato. Just be warned....they like their hip hop music very, very loud.
The drinks are very unique and strong. Loved how they added chips in the bloody mary! 10/10
I love the aesthetic (from the decor, to the music, to the servers’ outfits, it was all on point) and the boozy affogato was delicious! Can’t wait to spend another chill afternoon with friends here!
Absolutely horrendous service. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had since being in New Orleans.
Fun place with lively decor and tasty concept! Too bad they are only open in the evenings ⚜️ tried the trio to share and they have decaf option!
Went to four different coffee shops that were closed before we found this gem and it was great! Delicious gelato and coffee. They even gave us a complimentary chocolate gelato with espresso pour over and it is so good!! 5 stars from us! The mimosa was good too!
A unique spot that offers various forms of affogato with different pairings espresso or alcoholic) depending upon ones preferences. There is a little something for everyone here, whether desert, coffee, or adult drinks. Fun atmosphere and a great staff.

I’ve gone two times since ownership changed, both were awful. The service is non-existent. I couldn’t even get the server’s attention to ask for water. And the cocktail list is loaded with sugar. I was convinced to give it a second try, and our two-top ordered gelato and cocktails. By the time our gelato dishes were cleared, we still hadn’t received our cocktails. The server tried to bring us the POS to pay and when we told him we hadn’t gotten our drinks he just said “Oh, okay.” and walked away. We waited about ten more minutes and flagged him down to ask him to cancel the cocktails and bring the check. Again, just “okay.” then dropped off the POS and walked away. At least I gave it another chance, but I can confidently say I won’t be returning.
