the girls that work here are absolutely rude as can be. Stood there for a couple minutes and one of them yells “it’ll be a wait what do you want” like what??? We tell her and get ignored and then she finally comes to take our order and we stand there wondering if our card went through because she walked off without saying anything to us. Then the lady looks at us and said “you were told to wait” ….so we walked off and waited. not to mention they touched all of everyone’s food with their bare hands and no gloves. needless to say we won’t be coming here again. hire some better people and at least make them wear gloves…..
Poor service no fresh food out and ready kept me waiting on my order will never return and now their food has been given me upset stomach shame on you guys
Every time I come to this location they tell me they're randomly 'closed' for a while until they get more pretzels made. This time I came and they had pretzels ready but they said they were still closed because there weren't enough pretzels in the case for them to start selling them again. What kind of joke place is this?? So I'm literally standing there looking st the cinnamon pretzel but I can't have it because there aren't enough in the case overall. Yet they're laughing and talking when I walk up. Pleaseee get new management!
Every time I go they have 1 maybe 2 regular pretzels at most. Then have 1 or 2 workers standing around on a phone or eating something. Who just wants 1 regular pretzel when they have a family? No one wants to wait 15 minutes for you to do a job that should have been done already. The manager of this place must be some clown because this place is a circus. Let’s call ourselves a pretzel place and then have 1 regular pretzel on hand and maybe a specialty one available too.
They never open on time. Here at noon on 9/11/22 and they are saying it will be 30 more minutes before they open. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. I wish there are another location other than Pecanland mall. That location is not managed well.

Rude and Lazy.. so we knew the mall closed at 6 pm while on the way we tried to call in our order and the guy said we don’t do that and hung up the phone.. wow.. so we get to the mall at 4:50 pm and my son goes in and calls me and says Dad the guys said he isn’t making anything else.. Smdh it only takes 15 min for pretzel dogs.. this is the 2nd time this has happened.. Seems to me ppl wanna ride the clock for an hr or more. Wish we had another Auntie Anne’s or better yet a Wetzels
The only reason they get a 3 instead of a 5 is because they stopped selling the jalapeño pretzel. That was just wrong Auntie Anne's

POS system ALWAYS broken, basically establishment only takes cash, and ATM fees cost more than pretzel. Very disappointing.
How can you go to Pecanland Mall and not stop at Auntie Anne's? It's so good.
Love this place! The food is always great quality, and the service is wonderful! Bonnie, the short lady, is very sweet and tries to help you any way she can! The line can get long, but the food is worth the wait!!

That girl Savanna that works there is always really nice to me and man is she beautiful! I would definately reccomend going there!
I like Auntie Anne's in general so I am disappointed that I can't give a more positive review. I was told to check back in 40 minutes for the mini dog bites I wanted. I came back 40 minutes later and asked the same employee about the dog bites and she said they didn't have any--as if our previous conversation hadn't happened. I hope the customer service is better next time, as the food is good here.
