I went to Pjs for my birthday today and I told them it was my birthday and they cheered and told me happy birthday and then proceeded to give me the best service I’ve ever received at a coffee location. The service was fast, accurate, and super friendly!!! They turned my not-so-good birthday into a great day! What an amazing pair of baristas!! I believe their names were Kara and Layla I will definitely be coming back to speak to them again!
OH! MY! GOD!!!!!! I came in today after having a bad day, just to get my coffee. I walked away with a smile on my face. My barista Layla offered me a new drink I hadn’t tried before and… IM IN LOVE!! Will definitely be coming back!!!
Horrible experience Order wrong for the second time and lady at the window wasn’t that friendly at all.

This is the second time ive ordered through door dash to this place and they have given me the wrong drink. They need to pay attention to the actual orders.

Just left this location. Went through the drive thru and ordered an extra large ice coffee with vanilla and coconut. and a croissant. I asked specifically if they had it, which they said they had, but when I got to the window, they had my coffee ready surprisingly fast. With no croissant. The barista claims she didn't hear me ask for one even though she clearly said they had that kind when I asked. Not only that, but my unusually fast iced coffee was wrong. No vanilla or coconut. I don't even know if that was supposed to be for me. They usually take a while to fix. For the price you pay you expect your order to be correct.

I don't write reviews but we decided to try this location once more and it'll definitely be the last time. We have never been to a coffee shop that is so consistently awful. The "baristas" have no training, they don't even know what basic drinks are. Today took the cake though. We ordered 2 drinks 1) 16oz triple shot latte 2) Pumpkin latte, 1/2 sweet w/ oatmilk. She took the order, repeated it to us seemed simple enough...... and then we got to the window. First she tries charging us for one drink, which was a large pumpkin something (not what we ordered and there was no one else in line to get confused with) so we repeat our order, she's obviously confused and doesn't know how to ring it up and she's still trying to give us large drinks until she finally says, "do you want sm, med or large?" We say, "probably med, if that's your 16oz?" To which she says, " I don't know what a 16oz is" (mind blown)🤯. At this point we have no idea what we're going to get. We can hear her inside complaining and then she hands us 2 large mystery drinks. 🤦🏽♀️ She gives us a price that is definitely too much but we realize at this point there's no way we're getting what we ordered so we drive away with 2 overpriced cups of what tastes like warm milk. 🤪

The coffee was fine but the breakfast bagel wasn’t the bread was very hard and tasted like soap also it came in a plastic container which would have melted if I had not moved it to something else because it was so hot. I usually love PJ’s breakfast elsewhere but not a this location the experience was much different.
Every time I go there they can't seem to get my order right, it kind of reminds me of McDonald's..
Awesome little local Louisiana coffee house that you can buy 2 coffees for the price of 1 Starbucks.
