Just Discovered! How did I not know about this coffee shop / gelato bar. I thought it was a sit down restaurant, which they do serve good food (I had breakfast) and found some unique options! At it’s core it’s a coffee shop! They even have a puppy gelato option.

Ordered chicken salads. They were as good as any other. Not much else to write about. Seemed clean and people were friendly. Will visit again. Gelato selection was large.

La Divina is a special place. The menu is great. They serve classic Italian food as well as a variety of coffee, tea, and excellent wine. One thing that really stands out is the quality and variety of gelato. It doesn't get any better. Also, the employees have always been courteous and professional. The atmosphere is really special. The owners are incredibly supportive of local artists and musicians. It hosts open mic nights for songwriters and poets every Friday, and hosts musicians performing all original material on Thursdays. In addition they enable local artists to display their artwork. I love supporting this business!

Sadly it’s becoming mismanaged now: pickup orders through services listed on their google maps don’t get processed; they run out of biscuits on a Saturday morning (of all days and times) - how hard is this? OLD REVIEW: Best spot for coffee and delicious food and local musicians, esp during these crazy times. The new chocolate rosemerry scone is the best thing ever.

La Divina is one of our favorite places to stop and eat in Baton Rouge. The staff are always super friendly - definitely take a moment to talk to the wait staff! And everything there is good, we especially love the chicken caesar wrap, their lasagna, or their stuffed mushrooms. Their coffee is simple and tasty, and their gelato selection is a must. Do stop by if you find yourself on S. Acadian and the Ruby Slipper is packed.

Very nice salads. Sandwiches are all bread (2 very thin slices of meat which was mostly fat). Cold brew coffee was very good.

Cabrini sandwich is to die for. Sour, salty, sweet, savory masterpiece. Great atmosphere. I also dig the oldies.

I got the lasagna and unfortunately it wasn't very good. I also got a wrap and it was kinda bland. The service and atmosphere where very good and I got an ice cream and that was good. I'm sure they have other things that are good. I'll give them another chance and try something else from the menu

I met a client at this cafe and had a great experience. We tried many cafes around town and think we found a consistent place for in-person sessions. The ambiance, food, coffee, dessert, and tea are perfect! We will definitely visit again!

Can’t believe I’ve coming a grocery store next to this restaurant for the past 5 years and am just trying out this place. This is a hidden gem you guys!!!! They have sandwiches, salads, wraps, gelato, coffee, and baked goods. Lance was very welcoming and made us feel like valued customers. Our food came out fast and tasted very fresh. I will be back! Can’t wait to try more things on the menu! You won’t regret trying La Divina!

Fresh salads and sandwiches. Everyone in our group enjoyed what they ordered. We ate inside and found the restaurant filled with a haze from the kitchen so the atmosphere suffered.

My daughter and I ordered pizza and the kid’s meal of spaghetti and meatballs. We were disappointed in both meals. The mere appearance of the pizza looked awful but I still tried it and it tasted just as bad as it looked. The crust on the pizza was horrible- I couldn’t even tell if the crust was actually bread or not. The ingredients were not fresh and it appeared as if I had been given leftovers from other pizzas since I didn’t actually receive a round pizza. The sauce on the spaghetti was bland and the meatball was overcooked and the spices on it gave it a weird taste. The only thing that was good was the milk chocolate gelato. Very disappointed with my experience dining here.
