Love the coffee, but I’ve come across this employer all the time. She’s always got an attitude, never nice, and sometimes leaves the front (even when she’s the only one working) for 5min. she is also on her phone between each person when there is a long line. I understand everyone’s got stuff going on in their personal life, but please do your job.
I love the staff at CC's here. Always loved them, always will. Also the posted hours are wrong. They close M-Th at 11 pm
Friendly staffs. Muffins are awesome and the coffee is good (taste and price).
my coffee hasn’t been made correctly since august. The older woman that’s always there always has an attitude and will rush you or be very sarcastic when you ask questions about the drinks. I ordered a caramel latte. And she put the caramel at the bottom of the drink. My drink only taste like the half and half. Please let her go, she doesn’t enjoy the job anymore.
The cashier Melissa charged me extra for an espresso shot that I did not ask for. When I asked her about it, she lied about charging me extra like I didn't see the whole difference of the price charge. Also, the receipt clearly had an "extra espresso" charge on it. I do not recommend visiting. The employees are dishonest.
I ordered an extra large cappuccino for the price of $4.79 and what I received isn’t even half that price. Basically got a half cup of beverage and the rest is foam that dissolved into nothing. That’s what you call “barista”? When the person handed me my drink I felt that it was too light since I often buy extra large beverages from there. I’m very disappointed!!!
Too expensive, and won't accept your CC's card to record purchases on it. Every now and then, it is an essential

This place is just down right bad. I've been here three times and each time the drink is wayyyy too hot to drink.
Watch them like a hawk if you order non dairy for medical reasons.. I watched them make my soy mocha with milk 3 times instead of soy..... longest day of my life. But they were friendly about it and it tasted good in the end
They haven’t gotten my order right since 2016.
Staff is slow and speaks loud enough to be heard across the room.

Love this location. The employees treat you like family. I just wish my office was as close at it used to be and I would go more often.
Google says they are open until 12:30am on Monday-Thursday. The current date and time is Tuesday, June 6 at 10:25pm. I wish CC's had more locations that stayed open late hours. Very disappointed. I was hoping to do a late night study for my upcoming quiz.
Lazy workers. I walked up to get a mochasippi and it might as well be a snow cone...ive been to several ccs and nothing crappier than this. Im going to go to the LSU union ccs. Bc this is pathetic! i have a picture of the mochasippi, children make better frozen drinks...
RUDE service. I've worked in the customer service industry (and even been a barista) and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a grande latte with an extra shot to be made with SOY milk. I saw that it was made with skim and asked about it. I was then argued with by one of the baristas, claiming i ordered skim. Whether i said "soy" or "skim", that's no excuse to argue with me. Anyone in the customer service industry knows you apologize and remake it, whether you were wrong or right. I paid $5 for this coffee and I expect it to be made right. For all they know, I could have a serious dairy allergy. It's worth the walk to the union! Much better service.

They can be very slow at times. They often run out of iced coffee
