Ordered my usual grande turtle mochasippi, but the barista first made a caramel mochasippi, then she made a nutty, runny turtle mochasippi, then she made a second runny turtle mochasippi… I AM SITTING HERE QUITE NOT PLEASED. I usually enjoy my mochasippi after passing thru the drive thru but since it’s raining today I decided to sit inside. And, I’m certainly not pleased today at all: todays drink lacks its usual consistency & flavor. I’m NOT PLEASED. I don’t plan to visit anymore for a while. If I could give it ZERO stars today… that’s what this drink & the barista who made it deserve. 🤬🤬🤬
CC's is, by far, the best place to get coffee. I love their caramel mochasippis. They're incredible and hard to beat.

My go-to's are the Americano and the E22 with oat milk. They never miss!
The king cake latte is unbelievable, but the wait in line was over 20 minutes.

Growing up on the west coast we didn’t have CCs therefore I was always a Starbucks fan. After being in Baton Rouge for almost 5 years I finally tried CCs and I was pleasantly impressed! I got a hot tea with a butter rum muffin and it was delicious. I will definitely try CCs again!
Horrible customer service! Pulled up there a little after 9am and the lady on the speaker had an attitude ALREADY. Everytime I spoke she cut me off with saying “Anything else” it was really giving McDonald’s vibes at that point. Ordered my croissant and latte and pulled to the window. Croissant was iced cold in the middle but hot on the outside as if it came straight from the freezer and in to the oven. The drink was bitter to say it was supposed to be a frosted gingerbread iced latte that I had just had at another location 2 days before and tasted nothing like it. Told her about the croissant and her response was we’ll put it in the oven and try again. So at this point the lady who was on the speaker came to the window held it with her finger tips and just had it dangling in the air and not 1 time did she look at me apologize or anything. I took it and she slammed the window!!!! So I blew my horn told her I didn’t want it anymore and to give me my money back! Very rude, unprofessional and needs customer service training bad! I’ve never had an experience like this before at CCs and I’m very disappointed. They won’t see me again!
Best coffee by far...no comparison. And I love the girls at the window. They call me by name and that is good customer service
Coffee was excellent, the latte was perfectly made with a smile.
Always makes for a happy trip. Mama gets her caffeine and kids get a sweet treat. Employees are always super friendly.
The manager dude, with the long hair, he's awesome. He always gets my phone reer right and when someone did give me the wrong coffee, I called him and he had me a new one ready when I pulled up. I was still ON TIME for work. Thanks bro! -french toast latte outback chef. ☮️✌️
This particular location needs to update its wifi firmware. Not unusual to have connectivity issues and the access point on the ceiling is usually blinking red. Otherwise, it’s clean, comfortable, and staffed adequately. Of course, the coffee and other drinks/food are great.
Orderd an iced vanilla latte and a spinach feta croissant. I enjoyed my latte. The ham and cheese croissant?? Not so much. I was already gone when I realized, and did not bring it to anyone's attention. A bit of a disappointment.
Had an after hours meeting there. I was concerned because I'm not much of a coffee drinker. But yo my surprise that didn't matter. Their menu has alternative drinks to choose from. It's definitely not a Starbucks, which is a huge plus in my opinion!

Great fast service. Every drink I have tried is really good. Their Croissant sandwiches are also pretty good.
