Been here a few times. Love the Hollywood drink.
I hate to be a downer, because I think the shop is really cool and the service has always been wonderful but I've never had worse coffee in Lexington. I typically do a double shot of espresso everywhere I go and my most recent experience with that here was genuinely inedible. I don't like to complain or be negative in my reviews typically, but I can't in good faith recommend a coffee shop with such terrible taste. I also got an iced latte that was essentially just sugared milk. Everything else is great, I love the olive nut sandwiches, but a coffee shop needs to be able to make coffee.
This place is magnificent and has the best coffee place in Lexington, KY. Coffee Time has a shop within the coffee shop that sells whole bean coffee that are different flavors! Must check out when in Lexington, KY!
good vibes. the staff is extremely welcoming and understanding. this is clearly a business that treats their employees with respect and dignity. The coffee is amazing but what keeps me coming back is the welcoming atmosphere and the tea wall
I don't know what it is about hot chocolate and Lexington but everywhere else I've ordered it (I don't know if they assume it's for a child? Haha) it's been lukewarm and tasted like it came out of a swiss miss package. Coffee Times has the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had at any coffee shop! So good! Their coffee is amazing too but I stopped drinking coffee so now I speak for the hot chocolate 🙌
The chicken sandwich to me was a Costco chicken sandwich upcharged 2x... Coffee was good but selection of creamers/sweetners was lacking... Guess was busy so that's why ot was low and sticky.
Disappointed at my order coffe latte extra hot , it’s like caffe with some milk no espresso flavor on it , pastries too expensive, customer service good and nice
The cutest 3 stores interlinked! Grab some coffee and do some shopping! Love the retro store it's attached too. Lots of vintage beauties 😍
One of the best coffee houses in town. Great friendly place with good energy.
Good place to go with friends for a cute outing since theres the coffee shop, a little gift shop area with fun items, and a vintage store connected to it. There is not always a ton of seating for large groups on super busy days. My one thing I would recommend is that their drinks tend to be a bit on the sweet side, so maybe asked for reduced sweet if that's not your thing! The food options they have there are also sooo yummy.
Leftist crazy zone. Recommend avoiding and I will not return.
Go out of my way for their Campfire Hot Chocolate every time I pass through Lexington, KY.
The best coffee place to get fresh roasted coffee. Its just a high quality, the light single origin are the best flavors. Definitely for coffee enthusiast, take it home. make a cup of drip coffee or espresso with heavy cream, just taste pleasant! Barista made coffee Carmel late and dark chocolate Mocha are taste great similar to Caribou Coffee and Peet’s coffee brands. Would be nice to have a boggo deal at times. My wife likes the dried tea as well. Love it Always comeback! Try these: Brazil Santos Columbia Ethiopian Yagurachi Costa Rican Ethiopian Fair Trade Guatemala French Vanila Toffee homemade Carmel Cream ( similar to Espresso Carmalito) Dominican Red Honey (flavor changed to bitter dark roast, not the same sweet Ethiopian flavor as it used to be?) Sumatra (flavor change to bitter dark roast not the same smooth Earthy flavor as it used to be?)
Took my famous French graphic artist friend Morgan Navarro to have American coffee. He liked it.
We had a great Sunday morning visit here! Coffee was fantastic, food was really good too. Enjoyed shopping in the gift shop and getting coffee for home too.
I've never seen coffee made so slowly in my life. I've tried coming on more than one occasion over the past few years and it's always a long 20m wait. The coffee is essentially sugary water, no matter what you order. If that's your thing then go for it, I won't be going back unfortunately
Great coffee. They were "out" of folgers so I got a mocha. It was chocolaty ...
Outstanding tea selection as well as a wide array of gifts for the coffee and tea enthusiast.
My go-to coffee shop in Lexington. The cafe breve here is one of my favorites in town. Plus they have a charming little gift shop. My only complaints are that the seating is often pretty limited (there just aren't enough tables for how popular of a spot they are) and second, my main complaint, is that there is always one or two fruit flies hovering around me and my drink. Every time.
Crowded but found a hidden spot to sit and talk about personal stuff with a friend. Wish there was more of an assigned area for those on computers and people needing to meet and chat. Loved that though busy the employee that I gave order to was calm for busy time, personal and made us feel like we were only ones ordering in line.
