In my opinion Tacet offers easily some of the best coffee in Lexington for people who love tasting the uniqueness of single origin coffees. He is doing small batches on demand, so you’ll always get absolutely freshly roasted coffee. If your tastes are similar to mine you will love the Colombian light roast and the Costa Rican that he currently has. But what coffees are served up will change of course, which is what is exciting. The price is great for the quality and you can do shipping or pickup
