A bit over hyped. Looks like you're walking into someplace being remodelled. There's "rustic" and then there's "dumpy". Coffee is okay but not a great selection of pastries etc.

My favorite coffee shop in Lexington. Granted, I haven't visited them all, but this one always has friendly baristas and I LOVE the wall of "free drinks" that people buy for one another. The community vibe is the best. I had the blueberry rooibos herbal tea which was really delicious, and the breakfast tacos which were also yummy. I am so grateful for this place, reminding me how a community coffee house is SUCH an asset to the community.

Yeah. As far as coffeehouses go, I hate to ding any one location but sell coffee and keep politics outside. To be fair, they sell really nice glass coffee makers and have several local periodicals. Prices are slightly higher and as far as black coffee goes, swing by the Kum and Go a few blocks down; great view on them if you'd like to read it. I just can't understand why you'd pay their costs for an average Follegers. They're food menus are on the slim side and on the higher side of cost. But to each their own I guess. But if you try it and like it, let me know. If you like the set up, let me know too. Drop me a line/comment or a follow.

Arrived just a little after two, and was informed that the espresso machine had already been shut down for the day. Ended up getting a cold brew with a bit of honey and lavender flavoring; any issue I may have had with a now limited menu was quickly forgotten. The cold brew was incredibly smooth, no bitterness at all, and the syrups were sweet without any sort of artificial aftertaste. Delicious drink, kind service, overall lovely experience.

Wow! What a unique, local joint! Clean, wonderful menu options (great chai, alternative milks, breakfast tacos, local beer and cider). Kindhearted people. Treated my child kindly. Even opened the door for me on the way out because my hands were full. They have my business for life!

Some of most welcoming and friendly people in Lexington work here. They take coffee seriously and make a perfect flat white. Relaxed, cozy environment. Highly recommend.

Can’t believe I haven’t rated Cup yet… my favorite coffee shop of all time. It’s because of the people. The community at Cup is unlike and shop I’ve encountered. They’re real, caring, dedicated to serving, and just full of love. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been >100 times. They roast their own beans through their sister company, feature local artists, and connect with local community. Their coffee is top tier and they keep that bar in all of the many lovely baristas that filter through. I wish I could rate the is 10/5. If cup ever left Lexington, it wouldn’t be the same. E community has rallied many times to help keep them going, just because it’s part of who Lexington is. Thank you cup for everything!!!

This is my first time visiting but I have heard great things from my daughter. I really enjoy the space and the tables outside next to the park. The different areas and the length of shop really add to the cool factors of this place. There are a couple of unique things that they offer here to stand out even more. Italian Sodas Several real food options for Lunch A great assortment of Bakery goods as Breakfast or treats. It took a bit to get my order because of a line with only one making drinks and one making food but all was worth the wait.
