A friend & I tried lunch & coffee 4/3/23 Service very slow, no receipt given, staff did not check to see if we needed anything (refills etc.) Friends pancakes were not worth eating, under cooked & hard We want to shop & eat locally but not Z Beans coffee shop

The people were very nice. But the coffee was bad. The Milk was freshest thing there..The Expresso is bought premade.. coffee was premade, not fresh....and I got a cup of mostly surgery ice water..they also had no menu.

Terrible customer service at main location and their location at baptist health hospital Corbin , ky The owner - manager is rude and so is his wife who runs the baptist health kiosk at the hospital lobby, don’t try and get a coffee there as no one is at the kiosk cause they are always at break
Pros: Very friendly people! However, we've tried them several times but coffee drinks never taste consistent - it depends on who makes it. Prices seem to jump around - now at $6.50 for a 20oz iced coffee. We prefer to support local businesses so hopefully they can work out the kinks.

my cup was full of milk and just a little bit of coffee. it is horrible. i will never go there again. very overpriced for what i got.
Best Customer Service in Corbin My favorite thing about Z Beans is how nice all their workers are. They are kind, polite, generous and just A+ people. Go once for Breakfast, come back for the people
Was looking for the cafe that used to be there, found out that they were no longer there. But this coffee shop is in it's place. Didn't get to order, but looks like a very nice and friendly place.
I Stop in as often as possible, I haven't got to try alot from here but that's because I can't help but order the same thing everytime.. I absolutely am obsessed with the White Chocolate Rasberry Scones and The Cafe Frizzna in Caramel... (Sorry if that's not spelled right.....) My Hubby loves the Brisket and cheese sandwich and the 4 Locos black, with A Chocolate cookie... If you do check them out try the Scones they have 3 flavors available... Love at first bite....!
FABULOUS! The owners are incredibly friendly and so informative on the menu. They made me most delicious macchiato and sausage/egg/cheese biscuit! I even chatted with the owner some while waiting for my delicious and warm food!! So so friendly and really cared about my overall experience!!
