Great coffee shop in downtown Topeka. I actually prefer this one to the larger one. They don't have it so dark in here that you can't see anything. The staff was very upbeat. Super friendly and helpful. Giving you that hometown feeling. The coffee was great. It actually tasted like coffee. And the Muffin was ok. They warmed it up for me. The dining area is well designed. There are plenty of wonderful atmrt pieces on the wall. I will definitely come back to this shop.

Went here to work during the day while in Topeka for work. Great Wi-Fi and nice staff at the front counter. Person serving the food was kind of rude and creepy. In general the place has a strange atmosphere and I really disliked my coffee drink. Could only drink a few sips of it before throwing it away.

Stopped in as I occasionally do for a caramel frappe. I ended up ordering a ruben with pasta salad. The Ruben was great. I love their pasta salad. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!

Usually it’s fairly quiet here which is nice for when you want to be out and about in the morning but not necessarily interact with anyone

Husband and I love to try new coffee places on our trips. We stopped here on our way to our sons sporting event. Carmel vanilla Iced lattes were delicious and we tried their homemade chocolate chunk, peanut butter cup and oatmeal raisin cookies (3 different cookies, not one flavor 🤪) Soooooo so good!! They had other bakery items we wanted to try…but there’s always next time. Thank you!!

Wonderful coffee and great service. Super friendly and patient with my special needs child who was practicing how to order for himself. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

I love this coffee shop! Fantastic drinks, great coffee, and the food is amazing, too! They're always busy, so be patient! You may have to wait, but it's SO worth it.

Usually good, as long as they don't quash the free expression of ideas by turning it into a G rated child care center.

One of the largest menus in one of the largest cafes I've ever seen. It is more like a Viking Mead Hall, but replace the flagons of mead with 20oz cups of freshly roasted exotic coffees from across the globe and replace the Vikings with an assortment of huge breakfast meals and lunch sandwiches. Seriously, the egg & cheese croissant at Classic Bean was bigger than a quarter pound burger. It took a while to come out, but I was super excited when I unwrapped that glorious monster. Big. Big! BIG!! breakfast food here. Enjoyed it so much I went back every morning. And each time they had a different specialty coffee: Ethiopian -> Guatemalan -> Peruvian. An amazing tour of the globe without leaving Topeka, thanks to the Classic Bean!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere & good to the last drop coffee! Menu filled with delicious items (try the Reubenstein, if you love Reubens like I do). LOVE this place, and you never know who may stop in while you're hangin' out 👍.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a cafe aulet, and I haven't had one in years. It was wonderful!
