I ordered ahead on the app. The store failed to have what I purchased. I have contacted Scooter's customer service and have yet to have the charge refunded or explained why the store was unable to fulfill. Multiple emails and messages without simple reverse of a small charge. When I contacted the App they told me to follow-up with the store for a refund.
This is my favorite location. All the employees are so nice and talkative. They always compliment my hair and give my kiddo some candy❤️ You all deserve the world thank you guys
If this location had 1 more barista it would run so much smoother and take stress off of them, it took about 15 minutes to make 4 coffees and had a rush of people. My coffee tastes good though.

OK coffee, terrible location. I would consider myself a scooters “regular” but stay away from this location. My drinks are consistently wrong at this location and when you tell the employees, they treat you as an inconvenience. The high turnover rate at this store raises a lot of red flags, and getting a drink that was made wrong re-made should not be a painful process. At first, they didn’t even offer to remake the drink. Then they made it wrong AGAIN! No biggie, stuff happens. I ordered a large and got a medium. Easy fix. But to them it is an inconvenience. “Do you want me to just dump it in a large cup” NO!! I want what I paid for… this location is not worth the hassle.
I came here to reconnect with an old Army buddy and thought it was a perfect spot. The coffee was delicious and seating area was clean as well as a comfy place to sit. We may have been in there for a couple hours just talking and most likely have been in there even longer if time allowed us. I was glad the staff on duty had no problem being there that long and didn't rush us out. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I get the caramelious and peanut butter blended, its so good i get it before work makes my day happier.

Got to blenders and both of them tasted like with a little bit of coffee water. Best scooters is 135th and Antioch.
Very cozy location. Breakfast served all day and breakfast sandwich tasted fresh and served hot. Drip coffee refills available for extra 25 cents.
Everyone is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is so cozy.
I had to leave a review on the awesome experience I had. My order iD AAALMKUAACDB. Noah was so polite and had very great customer service! He made sure I got exactly what I ordered, and it was amazing! I’ve never seen him at this location but I’m so thankful for the experience! As long as he’s there I’ll be a loyal customer! Our girls coffee dates are here....great coffee and a patio to sit and talk and laugh...staff is always super nice and welcoming!
Where does management find these awesome people? I don't live near here, but I had some time to kill and went here for a quick iced latte. The staff is the most helpful and friendliest I have ever experienced in service. I make a point to come in now. Management/corporate needs to allow tipping through the card transactions. Hardly anyone carries cash these days, and your staff definitely deserves their tips.
