This is a must-go anytime I go to Manhattan. A fantastic array of books, and lots of other neat gifts such as puzzles, card games, tote bags, etc. It's also a very unsuspecting place to get a fantastic breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee. The staff are fantastic.

Good vibes, friendly staff, great selection, and atmosphere. I really enjoy that they are doing more events and the drink recommendations are always perfect!

Very lovely place some great half priced books and used books along with new ones! Smell of fresh coffee hits you as soon as you come in warm air from the heating and plenty of space to sit! Other drinks in a little cabnit at the front as well she even opened mine for me :)

There are plenty of books to choose from. It’s definitely worth your time if/when you’re in Aggieville. However, I really do think it would be helpful to have each department labeled if you were looking for a particular genre.

My girlfriend loves to study here. They have the same coffee as Public Hall as well as some literature themed specials. Great place to relax and work on homework.

A very nice bookstore with a great atmosphere that I found on my way to the restaurant. All the clerks are very friendly. Inside they have some puzzles and some nice stations for sale. I enjoyed myself a lot as there were many books that I could not find in other bookstores. I did not have much time to read the books this time, but there were a few books that caught my attention, so I plan to visit again soon to purchase more books.

OMG! This is bibliophile paradise! They have such a wide variety of new, old, vintage, antique, and collector books. I spent 3 hours in this store and was continually amazed at every corner. The three people working there really know their stuff and are readers, too!! I always test a shop like this by asking 'What was the last books you read that made you: sit and think after? Speed read overnight? Want to read again?" Their answers will normally tell me how much they read, if they like reading, and usually send me to a book that I've never thought to pick up. These amazing people are PERFECT for their jobs! I left with so many books I can't wait to read, a few collectors items for my shelf, and a beautiful notebook to continue my own wistful thinkings.

I used to frequent it years ago, but on a recent trip to Manhattan we went by there. There was a fire and the store changed but still they a good selection of books for decent prices. I would recommend just going by.

I've been to the store a few times, before and after the remodel. The coffee and drinks are definitely an added bonus. The atmosphere is like no other book store I've been to. Great place for new and used books!

Friendly, cavernous library with good coffee and cookies so hard they may have done time.

Excellent selection of books in a funky, college town sort of way. But it is in Aggie Ville, so what else would you expect?
