I've never had better customer service in my life. I forgot my card so I was trying to use my phone and it was giving me so much trouble to log into. He was patient, kind, and treated me without any judgement whatsoever ( despite me doing laundry nextdoor and therefore being in baby Yoda PJs 😂) I got a ham English muffin sandwich and oh my goodness it was divine. There was this sweet jam on it that paired unexpectedly well I ended up inhaling it it was so good. Also got a chai latte with caramel and it's sooo much better than any chai latte I've ever had. They do it right and it shows. 11/10, will be coming back!

One of the best coffee shops in Manhattan. It’s always a nice atmosphere, very relaxed and peaceful. The coffee drinks are great and they don’t have overly convoluted and complicated drinks filled with sugars and syrups, it’s just simple and good coffee.
Neat little place. Came here for an afternoon out of the office to actually get some stuff done. The keep (I assume he was the owner) was friendly and suggested a fancy drink that hit the spot. There's a variety of seating, and though there were many people there, it didn't feel crowded. Plenty of plugs as far as I could tell and the Wi-Fi never stuttered.
This is a very cozy coffee shop, I love the amount of seating options with outlets! Their lattes are amazing, especially with a shot of Lavender syrup. The staff are friendly and efficient, my order was ready before I got comfortable. I always recommend places that have Tap and Pay, it makes paying for your things easy!
Good double Americano at a mid-range price. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Side conference room is attractive but a little loud/not soundproof. All in all a quite enjoyable place! Later update: Had the Brazilian blend this morning and it was fabulous. And they're open at 6:30am which is helpful for meeting people before work. Dave (the owner) is very friendly and kind.
Coffee was decent but received a lot of stares when I walked in so that's funky.
I loved the music genre playing overhead. And the couches for conversations. My friend and I brought our Bibles to read together and had a lovely time Thanks, Brothers!
Super cute coffee shop, affordable, and super nice barista!
Went in for some coffee and some pie from Thera Pie. The coffee was amazing. I ordered The Piano signature latte (iced) and I purchased the key lime pie which is delicious. From time I walked in, I was greeted and treated very friendly and respectful . The customer service is AWESOME. I recommend this place to anyone looking some great coffee, dessert and great service.
We were driving thru Manhattan and decided to stop for a snack and some coffee. We got the, brother from another mother latte and blueberry matcha. There were both perfect! Would definitely recommend this place!

Delicious espresso drinks in a super cozy, modern coffee house. The owner runs the place and is super nice. We'll be back the next time we visit Manhattan. Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed with the coffee!
I really love the atmosphere and the staff that works here. I've often come here to catch up with friends and it's a great place for that. However I've never been super happy with the coffee I've ordered. It's generally been kinda bitter on several occasions.
