This spot is great! All the kids really enjoy the space to play and the cafe part is always delicious! We hosted our sons birthday party there and it was so easy! The staff was so helpful and did so much that I wasn't even expecting! Great time!

We had a great time! We aren’t strangers to MY Play Café; we go to the Lees Summit location often, and we’re really excited about trying the new location! I loved the extra space at Gardner, and my kids were so excited that they had different cars (truck, and ice cream truck). My children range from 4-months old to 10; my 10 year old loved that there was an area away from all the kids, where he could hang out on his phone 🤪My other children kept busy for 2+ hours and didn’t want to leave. We brought our own food this time, and I am so grateful for that option! My iced americano was delicious, and I look forward to trying more! We look forward to going back soon!

I have 2 very active and busy boys. We loved My Play Cafe Gardner. The play space is SO open (more space than a lot of other indoor play spaces we’ve been) with plenty of room for kiddos to run their energy off, climb the indoor play equipment, bounce around and use their imaginations. And as an added bonus the coffee was amazing for mom!

This place was amazing! I have been looking for more age appropriate play places for my 17 month old and I wish I had know about the Play Cafe sooner. Very affordable admission, food and drink. We will deffinitley be back 😊

The people who work here are so nice. The option to have a coffee while you watch your kids play is also a great one. I've been a couple of times now, but really, I think this play space is good for a very specific age group. Maybe 2 years-4 years old. My 1 year old had to stay in the designated and rather small areas for babies/young toddlers and she great bored very quickly. However, being out in the bigger area, it's not very friendly for little toddlers, especially when busy with older kids. The hard slides/play places look very nice and minimalist but have hard wooden edges that edges that are easy for young toddlers to trip on. I have never been to the other KC location, but form the online pictures that one seems quite a bit nicer with more for the kiddos to play on as well. I really did not feel like there was that much for my older child to do here either, only a couple of babies and a small selection of food in the kitchen area… other than that, there's really not much. Both my kids were uninterested and ready to go after 40 minutes or so so I don't think we'll be back to this location unless more is added for the kids to do.

We had such a fantastic party experience. I wasn’t able to drop off my decorations ahead of time AND I was running late to my party setup time. But the Team jumped right in when I arrive. Setup was a breeze. It was perfect for my family and friends. The children loves the play area, while the adults enjoyed the coffee drinks. My favorite part was being able to leave at the end of my party ON TIME because the staff helped me pack up my items. I was able to leave with my family and they helped clean up after I left.

We liked it. My toddler had fun. Nice big open space. Book online to make sure you have a spot. Wish they had a few more food options for breakfast but it’s nice for what it is.

My daughter Isabella and I frequently go to the My Play Cafe in Lee’s Summit and we wanted to check out this new location in Gardner. It’s just as welcoming and awesome as the Lee’s Summit location! Isabella kept saying “delicious” about the blueberry muffins and grilled cheese. There’s multiple food and drink options, it felt like home! Even with being a 40 minute drive, we will definitely be back.

The new My Play Cafe in Gardner is thoughtfully appointed and super fun, with awesome staff and affordable yet delicious coffee and snacks. My 3 and a half year old daughter had a blast and I was actually able to relax into a comfy sofa while taking a breather. The other parents were great to talk with. My Play Cafe really creates an open and inclusive community and it is an excellent way to spend the day.

We loved visiting my play cafe in Gardner! It’s one of the best places for people like me who have very different kids! Climbing, imaginative play, coloring, and a baby section for my 10 mo old. Very clean, great open layout, lots of seating and outlets for those who want to work while kiddos play. Different snacks to choose from and the coffee was so good! We can’t wait to go back!

We went for the soft opening. I can tell that the owner has truly tried hard to create an engaging space for both kids and parents. My 2 and 4 year old played for two hours total. It was a mixture of table games, playing in their open area, and we also enjoyed a snack/coffee. I’m grateful someone took a chance on on opening something for families in Gardner.
