I'd give this place 5 stars if it only had its ice cream, but it has so much more! This is a routine stop for my family!
The donuts looked delicious! But were not that good unfortunately. I told the employee we were "first timers" and asked for clarification on the donut express - 2 donuts with any drink**. She said yes. But then charged much more than that. When I asked if there was an upcharge another employee says "that's with coffee". I didn't feel the menu was a good representation of that. Plus, I had asked for clarification. :-/ If the donuts had met my expectations that would have been good. They tasted like maybe the grease was older when they were cooked. Not sure. We will go somewhere else for donuts.

I love my Daylight Donuts! They offer my favorite coffee brand, Messenger. They also offer Sylas and Maddies Ice Cream. And of course the best Donuts! All the employees are very friendly and helpful, and they have a great rewards program. Plus the location is perfect for me, right next door to my office!

So bad. They've fallen down the deepest hole of no return. 7am on a Sunday. Donuts were cold as ice and crunchy. So, therefore old AF. The sausage rolls were blackened so again probably old and definitely overcooked. It was a delivery order so it's not like I could go back. Door Dash did give me a partial refund but not really the point because it's not even their fault. My pinecones I could put a hole through the wall with those. Kinda like the cupcake scene from Charlie's Angels with Alex's cupcakes. IYKYK People in town have complained about them but I thought nah they are probably fine. No..... they were right unfortunately. Gross.
This location seems to have gone downhill. I've ordered letter-shaped birthday donuts from here a couple times and they've always done a great job. We've since moved further away (closer to a different Daylight location), but decided to order from here due to my previous positive experiences. Won't be making that mistake again! Drove 20mins in rush hour traffic to find out they messed up my order (which I had placed over a week in advance, so plenty of time to make sure they'd be done correctly). Not very helpful in trying to rectify their mistake, and I was supposed to get a call from the owner, which has yet to happen. Glad I asked for a refund rather than having them redo the order for a different day. I had a super bummed birthday kid, so hopefully the other location I reordered from won't disappoint.

The coffee was good. I love daylight donuts and it pains me to give this review. Ive tried this shop 3 times in as many years hoping 🙏 it would improve. I dont know how you screw up a apple fritter....but they have perfected the process.
