When a customer orders easy ice in their drinks please do easy ice...don't fill the cup have way.

Service was terrible this morning, being completely rushed when ordering and half my order was wrong, if your going to rush me at least get my order right. When food was received, it came out wrong and the tortilla on my burrito was stale and cold. I called to let them know and they offered to fix my order when I got to the location I was attended very rudely, as someone who has worked fast food I understand being in a mood during a rush but this was not the customer service that was needed especially when no attitude was given from my part.
The rudest drive up person taking our order in Garden City, KS .Wouldn't let us finish our order and kept on saying R U done, R U done?
Incompetence runs deep here, can't make a lime aid with flavors, save your time and money and go elsewhere.
I ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich both were wrong. Ordered a strawberry drink got cherry then I ordered a sausage sandwich and got bacon. Check your order before you leave
Both Sonic’s here have issues! One sonic has speakers that don’t work- while the other you wished they were broken! Because the person taking your order can get anything right!

I called to tell the girl that answered the phone about what was wrong about my order she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time for all that and hung up. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food place honestly do better sonic
Slow poor service even when ordered on app.keep hoping will improve but sad.waited for 2drinks 30 min. And left a d they had total of 4 cars mine included in that time frame
They deff know how to make u feel good, great service they have the sweetest old lady in the window!!!! Shes awesome!!! Food is good.. love the drinks!!!
There was a hair in my mothers burger.
Ordered Jumbo Popcorn Chicken and recieved small, hard pieces of mostly crust - no chicken. My babies (dogs) wouldn't eat them either.
It would be 1 star if it wasn't for the delicious drinks I always come back for. Their intercoms are ALWAYS defective. On top of that we get an attitude because they can't hear us, and rudely tell us to "speak up."
I ordered the grilled cheese double burger and the meat tasted almost rancid. The Texas toast was as hard as bricks. I wonder if they leave their bread out all day? Never again. It’s was so awful!
Tore off the top part of the bun because I didn't feel like eating bread 🤷♀️ everytime we've come to this one it's been nothing but disappointing. The burgers and chicken sandwiches always taste and feel like they've been sitting all day, sometimes when we get food the bread to whatever the order is, is so hard I have to switch it out with our own bread when I get home. Usually I also need to add our own onion, mayo and mustard when I get home as well even though it's asked for at the restaurant. It's not like I just have Chilli and cheese hanging around the house, but good tip if you plan on going here: Just make whatever it is at home. Because I promise you'll be missing most of what you ordered or it'll be inedible.
The food is good not to high prices love the vanilla coke it was great They new systems because they couldn't hear us on the speaker they needed new speakers.
