They think they’re slick using weenies as sausages.
Waiter was checked out, definitely didn't want to be there. Never came to the table unless we flagged him down. Bacon was undercooked and all fat, inedible. Never asked how the food was. We have stopped here in Garden City Ks. About 3 times and we're done.
It was nice to see them open 24 hrs again!!
Excellent customer service. Good food. Didn’t take terribly long. Not too busy. Clean. One of the better iHops.

Placed a Togo order and nothing was right, rude waitress and when I called back tell them that they forgot stuff and added avocado to my BLT she laughed and said , I don't know what you want me to do about it, I won't be back and will tell everyone I meet how rude and not care attitude they have there.
Husband and daughter ate there.. It was fine... I was next door at the hotel.. My to go order was awful.. Asked for a ribeye and eggs... No ribeye... This is Kansas...??? So instead I wanted sirloin... A sirloin steak with eggs a side of bacon and sausage.. No pancakes or hashbrowns .. Instead I got chopped up meat with tons of onions and mushrooms??? And hashbrowns and pancakes...
Never got seated The restaurant was very slow. I was waiting by the front desk for about 10 minutes and couple came in and the hostess ran up out of the back and greeted them and seated them all the while acting like I was invisible. I thought for sure she just made a mistake but then never came back to the front desk to seat me. Very odd service in this town.
Food was good but extreme too high!!!
The food was pretty good, the service was good but I was the only one that’s spoke English in the whole restaurant…
Our waiter was amazing!!! The food on the other hand was horrible. No seasoning, my medium rare was medium and my fiance's medium was very rare. The eggs weren't cooked all the way either. Get better cooks!!
Wow.on the road this morning.. decided to stop in Garden City KS for breakfast...yummmmm. I HOP..both of us knew exactly what we were getting...walked into ICEBOX instead of I hop. Hardly any difference in temperature from outside to inside..had to be 40 inside.. waitress had no clue if heat was on..every customer with coats on...such disappointment..we left...no breakfast!! Sucks!!
It would help if the wait persons would write down our orders because most of the time our food comes back wrong! Generally though the food is good.
In the past we've not had positive experiences with this IHOP, but this time was terrific! Maybe they've turned things around?
Food experience was going good until I asked for salsa for my meal. It took forever to get it and I had already eaten most of my meal when the waitress brought it out. Didn't end up using it but noticed I was charged for it. When asked why I was charged for it as I thought it was just like any other condiment and I didn't even use it because it took very 15 minutes to bring it out, her only reply was "well I can't take it off the ticket since I gave it to you" I debated the silliness of the situation with her and she refused to make it right despite everything. Customer service was sub-par at best, food was decent, even though it, too, wasn't what I actually ordered either. Oh well...
Manager very friendly servers polite as always.
Best one I've been to yet. Server let me know that on my keto diet, the omelettes actually have pancake batter in them. Very helpful.
Good food but prices are a bit high for breakfast type menu items.
Walked up showed cash only, asked lady at front if $100 bill is fine she said yes. We sat down to eat, bill was only 18$ and they didn't have the change. So manager asked me to go get change, I refused. You'd think a restaurant requiring cash only could make change for a $100 bill.... manager was horrible
Honestly everything was good except the manager . I had gone to get a table and was waiting for awhile . He had me waiting for a while just because not all my guests were there but I told him I can order for everyone I need to catch a flight his whole attitude was horrible. I hope to never go back . Not like this was a 5 star reservations only restaurant.
