Every time I go there the drinks aren't very good. Most recently my mom took me there for a coffee and I ordered the Dolly Parton latte. It was supposed to be cherry cake batter mix flavored, but when I drank it it just tasted like iced coffee with a lot of milk. No other flavor whatsoever and I was really disappointed. It's possible that the person making it made it wrong but every time I go there I'm disappointed so I usually stick to Scooters and Starbucks.

Was looking for a quick drive thru for coffee in an unfamiliar area. Side car was on the list the name had a nice ring. Excellent latte, I only drink one flavor so if it wasn't good I wouldn't say it!
Their drinks are always made with care and the staff is friendly anytime we come by. I'm gonna be sad when Winter Miel is gone. Fortunately, they have a lot of specials that change with the season, and their prices are reasonable so I'll be able to enjoy it just the same.
Perfect little shop to meet a client at! Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
The staff is friendly, but not super fast. It's a little frustrating to pull up to the drive-thru window and wait for over 5 minutes without anyone at least opening the window and greeting you.
We love Sidecar's coffee and teas. The honey blueberry green tea is wonderful and the cucumber basil lemonade - wow! The coffee has a really good flavor also. We come here often since it's by our house.
Yooooo! The Optimist is the greatest of all time. Loving that drink for years. Always enjoy the coffee. Side car has a unique flavor. Yum. So so on the pastry and available goodies. And I know, and like, a lil too cool attitude at coffee shops, sometimes it is well placed.... but keep it focused on the customers and not so much just an employee click handing you the drink... we're here too.... lol.... that is why your making the drink. I feel the kids though.... customer service can get mundane... but in my experience including those customers in the daily barista action (like bartending) keeps them engaged and coming back for product and service. Sometimes it is personally rewarding too. When they had the downtown Waterloo location by the riverloop.... that staff got it. There was engagement and energy. I made a point to stop by frequently through out the week. Still love the coffee! Always will. Thanks guys.
