Love this place so much. Indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent coffee and lots of options. Smoothies look great but have not tried one yet. The people that work there are always great.

As of yet, they've never given me a messed up order. Their staff is always wonderfully polite and cheerful. Tips are cash only and I ABSOLUTELY go out of my way to get cash for this incredible staff ❤️
Great coffee! Open and inviting seating area. Food section is only pastries (we had the cranberry orange pound cake - it was good!) The coffee was great. You can also buy beans here.
Has everything a great coffee shop should. It all starts with great coffee.
I had a regular size hot with whipped cream on top. I was very disappointed, it was like drinking hot water with the color to it. I paid $3 I think and thirty-five cents for a 12-oz to-go cup. Don't know if I'll go back.

I have been going to Friedrichs for years. Absolutely love everything about them - best espresso, best cold brew, best nitro! Can't recommend them enough.
A very lovely place to catch up with a friend, we sat outside and enjoyed the weather nice spacious setting on the inside with public restrooms, I had a nitro cold brew and it was very refreshing.
The service was GREAT! My order was wrong, but they quickly fixed it with no questions asked!
Beautiful cafe! It feels so comfortable in here! Plenty of seats indoor and there’s a fireplace!! There’s also seating outdoor for customers to enjoy beautiful sunny day while drinking coffee. The staffs are super friendly and cheerful ! They offer variety of coffee beans flavors and loose tea flavors! I personally love their caramel frappe!! Do download their app to collect rewards for free drinks ;) There’s plenty is parking space right in front of the cafe too ! Plus, they offer drive thru where you can just place an order and pick them up real quick. Definitely would recommend Friedrichs Coffee !!

That hot Asian boy Ethan is the best. He always makes my drink the way I want it to be made and works very hard to strive for good customer satisfaction.
I had the Strawberry Smoothie and it was very delicious. Pricing was very affordable. The atmosphere was laid back although it can get quite loud inside so it might not be a great place to study unless you plan on listening to music.
Service at Friedrichs is always great! Definitely a great place to connect with people.
Well calibrated espresso shots. Upgraded air filtration system. I visited three times over the past few months. Twice I received good customer service, once I received poor customer service. But the coffee really is excellent.
The coffee is good and I pick up beans there every couple of weeks for our espresso machine. The staff seems to be the stereotypical younger generation who are more about looking at their phones and don’t have much of an idea on customer service. Sitting on the counter on your when there is no one to be waited on is a very bad image. I ordered something to go and the person basically let me do my own transaction and literally went and sat on the back counter as I was tapping through the touch screen. Whoever is running the store really needs to have a training session and at least give a basic understanding of acceptable behaviors and customer service for employees. My group was there for about 45 minutes and then that time I witnessed; workers on their phones, eating brownies and sitting on the counter. Very unprofessional
