I generally enjoy scooters, but this location has issues. They got my drink wrong so many times now I just explain exactly what I want step by step rather than naming the drink. Some of the baristas are just plain rude. I brought my own cup for water, and when the barista rang up 50¢ for, the water I asked her why I was being charged if I brought my own cup. She ran the transaction before I could ask her to take it off and sourly said that’s just how much water costs.
I love scooters coffee! The peanut butter crunch blender is amazing and it reminds me of reese's puffs cereal.
Been here aboutn3 times since it opened. Young new staff that are just learning but a very quick and friendly. Strongly recommend.
We love scooters, but our first trip to this new location was disappointing. We ordered 2 coffees with a shot of espresso added to one of them. We sat at the window for 9 minutes and none of the three employees knew how to enter our order. We had to leave without our coffee as we had an appointment to get to. Would recommend a trainer be at this location for a while. We will be back, but not for a while to give them time to train.
