Hands down my favorite place to grab tea or coffee. They have fabulous scones and cinnamon rolls. You can even grab a quick sandwich for lunch.
Three on a tree is the best coffee shop! The staff are friendly and helpful! My personal favorite and the best around the caramel frappe with an extra shot! Perfect every time!
Best scones in north Iowa, hands down!
This is by far the best coffee shop in town. I started going there because it’s local and I love the atmosphere. It has a cozy vintage feel to me. My favorite iced drink is the Carmel vanilla latte with oat milk. On top of that the baked goods have gluten free options. Love love love this. My kids even enjoy going there.
Wonderful coffee, wonderful staff, wonderful ambience. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!

Top of my list when I visit Mason City is going to Three on a Tree. Great coffee and lattes, amazing scones, delicious pastries. And I love the local coffee shop environment. Check it out!

Must be the most efficient barista in northern Iowa. Wonderful service with a selection to write home about. We came here instead of the brunch at the hotel and very glad we did.

Great coffee and scones
I came here two different mornings while in town. I had a caramel latte and blueberry lemon scone one morning and a hazelnut latte and lemon poppy seeds scone the other morning. The lattes or so good and frothy and the scones were delicious and moist! I will definitely be back!
