Quality of drinks and treats is always consistent and good. This location is often slower for service and the prices are a little high but that's to be expected. Inside they have a ton of variety in seating options, good WiFi, and a cozy atmosphere.
Our absolute favorite Scooters! The coffee is always perfect and the service is great!
Great coffee choices.
We went to the counter to place a coffee order. There were 3 gals behind the counter; 2 were working, 1 was leaning on something. No one acknowledged us. We waited for a bit and then walked out. I'm not sure if they even knew we were there. So we went to Smokey Row, where we were immediately greeted and waited on.
Stood inside for 5 mins with no one taking orders.
Coffee is great, service is amazing! Super friendly staff that keeps chatting with you while you are waiting on your order. Anna was especially friendly and super talkative, great barista!
I love Scooters! The coffee is to die for, its quick, and the employees are always super friendly! I highly recommend them, especially thus location.
I've always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff at this location. The coffee is usually absolutely wonderful. My usual order is a Lg hot carmelicious with an extra shot of espresso. However, the last time I visited, I ordered that but there was no caramel in it whatsoever. It was around 5:45 AM, I was on my way to work and didn't realize this until I was too far away to go back. I ended up going to the location on Merle Hay to grab the correct drink, as I was still on my way to work. In essence, I paid $15 for the correct cup of coffee that day. I would like to add that this is the first time I've ever had a negative experience with Scooters though!
I've only been to various Scooters a couple of times and the woman who took my order was helpful with picking out my flavors. Went full basic fall with a cold brew with pumpkin flavor and pumpkin cold foam. I was very happy with this interaction. I think the little sticker on the lid is cute.
good drinks. Only one star because I've been shut down service multiple times before the actual closing time. It's just red bull and desert pair mix. Shouldn't be that labor intensive on cleanup.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The Grimes location “closes” before their actual closing time. Lazy service, needs better employees.

The staff at this location is always so friendly and caring. I live local and go there too often to publicly admit, but not once have I encountered a grumpy, tired, or sassy barista. I keep it simple with a vanilla latte, but my daughter loves their wild berry smoothie! I would highly recommend this place!
Watered down coffee with milk. Don’t recommend
Coffee and staff are great! The atmosphere is a bit lacking. It's usually cold and there have consistently been flies or other annoying flying insects in there every time I've been there for the last year.
