Stopped in just to kill some time, decided to try the quarteto. It was a very palatable and smooth espresso and I look forward to trying more of their locally sourced products.
Missed the scones. Maybe next time.

Great coffee and people. Beware that the place is small and is often full on weekday mornings. I have had to move work meetings due to no space to sit.
Very cute small coffee shop. Has a very friendly feel to it. Breakfast burrito and salsa were great as well as the Fog drink! Will definitely be back!
PLENTY OF SEATING. EVERYWHERE. At the tables. At the coffee roasting bar. The chairs in back. You'd literally have to be blind to not find a comfy place to sit. If there's one thing I think of when Lightbrite comes to mind, it's "ample-seating-and-delicious-hand-crafted-coffee."

My wife and I were visiting family this last weekend and stopped in to read and have a quick cup. The physical space and atmosphere were top notch, but we were even more impressed with the service; Matt was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer our questions and give us recommendations, even as they were (understandably) very busy. Would advise anyone to go out of their way to check this place out - we'll definitely be returning and hope to catch some roasting in action!
This was a great stop so close the gym where our kid played volleyball. Worth the stop so much variety and a very clean and energizing cup of coffee. Love that they work with local producers for what they offer.
My family and I have been coming here since they’ve opened, never had a bad experience! Always great service.

This is the best coffee we’ve ever had, and the only beans we use. Honestly, our drinks at home have the best espresso in central Minnesota because of Lightbrite
Coffee was delicious, but our group order was wrong and we were missing a drink. I was just picking up the order made by the office, and found out it was incorrect when I brought it in. :/
The best coffee experience in the Des Moines metro. Friendly/caring/enthusiastic owner, unique drinks, and mostly the same price or cheaper than starbucks
