Tried the vegetarian sandwich they had(the gluten free one with artichoke on it) and was super disappointed by the food.

Such great service every morning. Friendly, upbeat, energetic staff. Drinks are always delicious. White chocolate blended campfire mocha is my go to. Doesn't matter the season. Always so yummy 😋

I really love their coffee. I usually get the white chocolate pumpkin spice with an extra espresso shot and caramel I haven’t been inside of the business or tried the food but as far as the coffee goes, it’s to die for. I have 95,000 people that follow me around on Google. Here’s my question to those 95,000 people of the American public. Would you vote for me as your next president in the 2024 election if so, please message me I need your help and I will do my best to help you

They made our latte iced for some reason, but gave us a hot one quickly with no complaints.

My french vanilla cappuccino tasted absolutely horrible. Couldnt take it back, due to having an interview waiting to happen. The price was also absolutely pathetic and way overdone. A complete novice must have made my drink. The wait time was also terrible. I really hope I never have to come back to this store again. Ill recommend ANY other place, but this, for coffee. Would also help if the employees looked a little more well-kempt and put together. Also, not very professional to have friends of the employees in the store, distracting them, and hanging all over the counter wanting more water. Not the best thing to see when waiting for a coffee, a bunch of employees friends taking up a table, drinking water, and acting as if they were hanging out at the park. Get it together!
This is my favorite Caribou location. Open until 8pm. Comfy and cozy. I go here when all the other coffee shops are closed. Wish all the Caribous in Des Moines were like this one.
Great place to study, esp on weekdays! Regular coffee wasn’t all that great but their pumpkin white mocha was divine!!!
Stop in for coffee every now and then. Enjoy the Cozy, Sunny, Bright Atmosphere. Perfect place to have a conversation and enjoy a hot cup of java.

5 stars because it is Caribou. I've never had a bad coffee at a Caribou. Service was friendly and efficient.
