Great place for Brunch or lunch. The seating is a little cramped but if you have a small party it is just fine.

Absolutely love this place, I feel like it is the most unique and relaxing cafe for a nice brunch or lunch in the area. I always look forward to weekends I can drive into town and spend some time here.

Really cute cafe on the main level of a historic house. The family that owns this place live upstairs. Very homey, farmhouse decor, super friendly, warm staff. The food was wonderful. I got to try the cream of mushroom soup and cream of Asparagus soup. Also 2 paninis and a large piece of quiche. Everything was so wonderful. I'm glad I was able to visit this place.

My husband and I ate here Sunday, we've been before but it's been a few years (thank you pandemic). They had their amazing stand bys:home made soups, scones wonderful lattes (get the grasshopper or the honeybee!!) But this time we tried their home made cinnamon rolls! Hands down the BEST cinnamon roll I've ever had. I complemented the owner on them on our way out and she told me you could get a whole sheet pan to go if you give them some notice. Totally doing that next time we have brunch at home. They also make them gluten free!

This place is amazing!! Tucked away in an old, historic house is this gem, serving amazing panini style sandwiches (about 20 different choices), salads and desserts to die for! The couple that owns the restaurant really take their time with their customers and make it a welcoming experience. :) We will be coming back any time we are in Davenport!

First timer. We were one of the younger customers and felt completely dismissed. One of the first ones to order and it took 30 mins alone to get our drinks while everyone around us that order after had already got their food. The sandwich I got was very basic for the price. Overall probably won’t visit again.

I tried their salad, which was fabulous. I also ordered a panini with pesto mayo, which was very delicious. Their chai latte, chocolate cake, and lemon cake were amazing.

Went on a busy Friday afternoon for lunch. The mushrooms soup was delicious, and the turkey and cranberry sandwich was also very good. My daughter loved the grilled cheese and berry smoothie.

Phenomenal meal with excellent service - the mushroom soup and the number 6 were to die for, along with the cherry bread pudding. On top of that, felt like eating at home and staff treated us like family! Will definitely come back next time I’m in Davenport!

The atmosphere of this place inspires warmth and friendly interactions. Truly one of a kind space and team. I have been going to Cafe D'Marie for several years and can honestly say that it consistently lives up to its stellar reputation. The lattes are unique, with the ability to vary sweetness level and really switch up the taste. My personal favorite non-coffee drink is the Peach Arnold Palmer, which I havent been able to replicate or find through all my foodie adventures. I absolutely feel blessed to have this place in the local QC area, and I would recommend anyone living/visiting must give it a try!

So cute! Definitely understand why there was a line outside the door before they opened. Worth the wait. The blueberry dressing was amazing. The panni melt was delicious. Had the almond bread pudding and holy cow! Best bread pudding ever. Will for sure return!!

This was my fist time here and I probably won't be going back. We didn't get attended to until after a half hour of waiting, and the table sitting next to us came in 25 minutes after we got there and they got their order taken first. We did get our drinks, however, we only got our food (to go btw) after waiting another 30 minutes after taking our order. The table sitting next to us came after us, ate, and left before they gave us our food. Not the best first impression.

I'd been told by many people (including my mother) that I had to visit Cafe d'Marie. I'd tried to get in on a previous weekend, but gave up early due to parking being hard. This was a bit of a silly reason to not visit somewhere, so I brushed up on my parallel parking skills, found a spot right in front of the place, and made my way in. The place looks like it used to be a house, and indeed it was prior to the cafe's opening in 2009. There's still a stairway leading upstairs to the right of the entrance and along the main hallway into the interior, benches are set up for those waiting on a table. After getting polite direction to wait in the hallway, I sat for about 20 minutes waiting for a table to open. The interior of Cafe d'Marie continues the ambiance of being a Cafe created inside someone's former home as you walk through the main dining area. There's a Christmas tree and decorations in a corner, books and family photographs along a shelf in another room, all with tables and chairs spaced throughout. The floors are solid hardwood throughout all the spaces, with lighting supplied by what appears to also be existing fixtures for when the place was still a house, with only some added accent strips in the prep area. It's all warm and inviting - you're in pretty close quarters with everyone else, conversation melding with the quiet music playing in the background. It's a small, intimate cafe space. I ordered a hot white tea to begin and a muffaletta with chips for meal. The tea is some of the best I've had anywhere in the Quad Cities! It was a Mandarin Citrus flavored tea and was enjoyable through the whole cup. While it was still hot, I enjoyed just sitting and smelling the strong citrus aroma from it for several minutes before it cooled down. Truly great, I'd come back just for this! The sandwich was similarly fantastic! It wasn't a huge muffaletta like one would expect from Louisiana - this came as a small panini with a few slices of ham and salami, a small
