Nothing but good things to say about this place. Food is as good as the coffee (well, maybe I'm too much of a coffee afficianado to say that,as I LOVE my coffee!), and it is always a nice quiet place to go and eat. Just sitting and having a cup of coffee is nice too. Highly recommended. Erin and her crew will take very good care of you there.
Love this place! Great stop for early morning! Coffee and sandwiches were delicious! Staff is helpful and friendly!

I love Caribou coffee and wasn't disappointed at all. Great breakfast sandwiches and fast, friendly service which is always appreciated when you are on a road trip 😁

The baristas are AWESOME! Always happy, always smiling! Coffee is outstanding. Drive thru line moves fast. I wish they would open at 5 am !

The coffee and other drinks are good bagel is fine...other pastries 🍰 😩 😫 🤮 are not inviting. Over all I will go again and drink coffee and may be order bagel 🥯
Today I went to caribou and asked for a XL matcha latte no ice. I was super happy because it full super full. I got to school and without even looking more then half of the drink was gone. My paid for an XL and got the amount of a small plus foam. I use to work at caribou and when I made this drink there was barely any foam. Waste of my money.
All i have to say is.... Campfire Mocha... yummm
Enjoyed my cappuccino here tremendously. No comparison to Starbucks. Starbucks is overrated in comparison to the cup of coffee I just drank.
We go in and have always had great service. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food and coffee is always good! Management is doing a great job!
My wife and I had a not so nice experience at the Edgewood Rd location. I won't go into the details here. I wrote an email to the GM, hoping for an answer and an explanation to their "programmed" menu that can't be changed. I got an initial response from an Asst Mgr saying the GM would respond. Nothing for over a month. So, as a customer I have the option of where I spend my dollars for services. This location will not get my money ever again. Poor Management.
The food and drinks were great. The barista was fairly knowledgeable about what goes into the drinks and went and found the answer if they didn't know. My food was delivered out to my table instead of grabbing it at the counter. The staff were all having fun, which always contributes to a better dining experience.
