I was spending an afternoon walking through the NewBo neighborhood and stumbled upon this little gem. They had Thai tea, which is one of my favorite drinks, and it didn’t disappoint.
The cutest place to get coffee or an arrangement of flowers for someone special. I’ve been here multiple times and it gets cuter every time. Friendly staff, a menu that is always being updated, and some of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Bonus that they have an adorable upstairs boutique with cards, candles, etc.
Ordered a flower bouquet to be delivered and Maya did an amazing job. They are beautiful and high quality. The customer service is first rate and communication excellent. I recommend calling Kismet for your flower needs.
The best coffee in Cedar Rapids!! Kismet has the most delicious coffee and puts a lot of effort and quality ingredients into their products. The owners and employees are so helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place!

Maybe I am being a little partial but , I am a family member of the owner and the many times I have come into the establishment I have felt very comfortable and at home while there!!! The environment is very relaxed and “chill” like!! You can order your floral arrangements for various occasions while enjoying a nice latte or coffee of your choice there and you can guarantee you will leave happy with your purchases!!!
Their Pistachio Peppermint Mocha and Pumpkin Black Sesame Latte were both way better than any seasonal offering you'd get from a Starbucks. I would post a picture but I was too lost in the sauce of my delicious drinks 🤤 Support local. Kismet is the bomb!

Precise, unique, & detailed coffee & flower shop with house-made syrups, great ambiance, and individualized customer service. Recipes are measured to guarantee a great latte every time! There are other items for sale upstairs as well.

Where to start with this place + the wonderful humans who run it?! Coffee is next level- specialty drinks are always a beautiful blend of coffee, sweetness and originality. Crunchberry coffee is a must try! Floral arrangements are another true work of art- stunning selection each time. I love how they offer several bouquets sizes as well as a flower bar to build your own. The sweet humans behind this operation are part of what keeps me coming back, though. Love the kind energy I’m greeted with each time I walk in the door. They truly love what they do & it shows! I’m so glad Kismet Coffee & Bloom is in the New Bohemia district!
