It's a dirty on the inside and unkept. Makes you wonder if they even wash their hands. Maybe they just use sanitizer. They could be better on the self serve coffee counter set up. The sandwiches are good.
My favorite bagel sandwich! Herby turkey on Asiago Parmesan, toasted. They’re always friendly and quick. Love this location!
Get a dark toasted sesame bagel with the smoked salmon and you'll tank me. Real bagels and bagl entrees made to order by Pat and crew. Great cookies too.

The girl making sandwiches didn't listen to what I ordered. I paid for 2 eggs on my bagel and I only got one. In addition the workers are not very pleasant and have scowls on their faces. Work on your listening and customer service skills. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been going to the Mt. Vernon road location for a year now. Always great customer service until today, July 8, 2022. I walked in on my phone (yes very rude of me, but hey I did it) and the gal behind the counter stood there for a good 4 minutes. At first I thought she was making to-go orders so I waited but then she was doing nothing. Finally I asked if I could order and her response was “yes, I was just waiting for you to get off your phone.” I was shocked and said ok, never mind then in which she replied with “ok, bye.” Clearly she is not cut out to work with the public. Unfortunately when working with the public in the food industry you have to be able to serve all kinds and this gal settled it for me, I will never step foot back in the store.
I go there almost daily. Bagels are good. Coffee is good. They are always helpful except it has taken me a long time for them to take my phone number for the rewards program. I get a freebie every so often. Nice to get a freebie bagel.
Trouble with online order. Patiently waited finally asked, said they were working in it, then found out it had been sitting behind counter the whole time. They were busy, so...

Got two bagels with cream cheese. So little cream cheese on both of them it was ridiculous. Next time we will buy bagels and put cream cheese on at home.
Drove from Kirkwood Community College between the classes for breakfast. It was further than expected, but super fast and delicious food with quality service. Worth the drive!
Still great bagels & coffee...Nice atmosphere...
I drive for doordash then I pick up here a lot it's always clean the food smells good and I've never had a customer complaint from here
