Fantastic tea and even more fantastic customer service 😊. I ordered online and Justeen was incredibly helpful and kind. And when the order arrived, she had hand written helpful information on the packaging slip, about one of the products I ordered which was incredibly helpful and kind. I will 100% be ordering from here again!

Love this place. They have so many amazing options here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. It is great for getting tea to go or sitting and enjoying a tea.

Holy smokes what a cool place, very unique. You get to pick your own tea blend AND tea cups. Very relaxing atmosphere to have a cute date, with a tea for two!

I have never seen this many varieties of tea available anywhere. They have tea for everybody! Very good and happy/positive vibes. The service is great. I'm hooked to this place!
Fantastic options for both sitting and chatting and stocking up your pantry at home. Excellent baked goods and a comfy environment. If you want to feel fancy and feel like you're having an old school tea party this is the place for you.

Huge selection of tea. Nice quiet place to sit and chit-chat. A lage selection of teas to purchase as well as to consume on site. I had a piece of very good quiche and a delicious chocolate Chai. A really good selection of deserts to round of your visit.
Favorite place in Cedar Falls. ⭐ Such a cute place, great tea and lattes, very friendly. A lovely place to drink some tea and study. Highly recommend the quiche and scones!
Ever since having their Honey Almond tea while staying in Muscatine, IA, I have wanted to stop and buy a bag. Yesterday on a trip from SD to WI we stopped for lunch down the block so I had the perfect opportunity! I was in heaven. What awesome selections of teas. I love the idea of the Buck Tins for trying, so ended up with a dozen more options to taste test at home!
The Tea Cellar is a great Cedar Falls special. Located in the quant downtown district, this is a lovely place to warm up in the winter, or take an iced tea out and walk by the river in the summer! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Went in to get my favorite breakfast drink which would be common grounds and the the lady that helped me along with the manager was so wonderful about it and gave me the biggest bag that they could. Then she asked if I ever tried on what grounds latte. Of course I haven't. Tried it and oh my what another great drink. I highly recommend all there products. Never disappoints you always surprising you all the time and the friendly atmosphere and employees. Thanks to them for telling me about the new latte. Will be coming back don't ever close down. I can't just get 1 thing when I go in I always come out with much more and it's well worth it. The best teas ever
Unsure why my review of my experience is missing along with the owner's initial response which occured during summer and not the New Year which means the response was edited. Now I wish I had saved it.
I live in Ankeny, but visit the Tea Cellar as often as possible when in Cedar Falls. Have tried several kinds of teas, and am glad they carry an ample supply of decaf teas. Just a neat, clean place to hang out.
