I usually love coming here, but today was terrible! I ordered a drink and it was wrong. She tried to tell me it was correct, but it was not. I ordered a smoothie with oat milk and they still put regular milk in there so I had to go all the way back to get a replacement. Then when I asked to get my other drink fixed she just wanted to argue with me. And she said she was right. What a waste of money today.
I'm one of the biggest supporters of Scooter's coffee however, my mind is beginning to change about the support I give. Multiple times I've been denied the use of my coupons received in the mail, able to receive reward points, and denied my rewards on my app. I'm continuously told with rude tone, "our scanner isn't working", "you can't use that coupon unless it's scanned into your app" then the app won't scan it in so I'm denied the use of the reward, "it isn't showing up on my screen", etc. It's frustrating that Scooter's "gives" these rewards but you're unable to use them. I'd rather support smaller coffee shops as they honor a points system, allow customers to redeem rewards, and if the "system isn't working" they make it right with the customer. Friendly service would be a major plus for Scooter's-this hasn't been the case for me for the last hand full of visits. Not very pleased with Scooter's services lately.
I can’t get a single blender or smoothie from this location without huge ice chucks to the point you can’t drink it or put the straw in. Today I asked for my matcha to be remade and it came back the same. Its worth it to drive to the spirit lake location if from Milford. It’s been a repeated problem here over the last year or better. Also, over $6 for a small smoothie is sad.
These people are super friendly and quick to serve a wonderful product no matter how busy they are or what you order.
Lovvvee the carmeliacious Iced Mocha! Yum! And I really didn’t think I’d like a cold coffee, I went into it thinking I wouldn’t, turns out-it’s my new fav!!

I am a regular at this specific location and the service is always amazing! Haylee knows my order by heart, is always friendly, kind, and professional. When I come to Scooters it is the highlight of my mornings. You guys rock, thank you so much!!
Visited the Iowa Great Lakes on 3 occasions this summer and each time decided to try coffee at scooters. They made errors each time. One latte instead of almond flavoring they used almond milk. Asked for a hot brewed coffee and they added milk. When I tried to call in an order ahead of time for pickup by my non coffee drinking husband and was told they were not able to take an order because understaffed. He later told me there were plenty of workers standing around. Not sure I'm giving this place another chance.

We went to scooters at 7:15pm and the store was to close at 7:30pm. The open sign was on, the worker saw us pull in and she ran to the back. She had the automated closed message going.
