Food/drink is nothing special. Owner is never pleasant. Edit to add: unsure why my Google review has the owner threatening the cops and saying I need medical help. That's definitely a first 😅
Food is amazing, girls behind the counter are amazing…but the way the “owner/family member” treated a customer recently was hateful, and scary!
Amazing waffles but coffee wasn’t my favorite. We tried the strawberry banana Nutella waffle and it was delicious, fresh fruit and waffle. I’ll come back for waffles and will give another chance to their coffee :)
Italian hot chocolate was very sweet but delicious! Their waffles are amazing! Their manager was personable.
Get the Turkish latte. On par with some of the best (stronger) non-corporate, house made dirty chai I've had, having traveled all over. Haven't tried anything else, but in an era of "me too" overly sweetened syrups, this drink really stands out. I go out of my way when visiting from out of the state
Only had a black coffee during the quest for the best black coffee. Went to 9 local coffee shops in Fort Wayne getting black coffee at them all. United Coffee definitely had the best cup of black coffee in an easy decision.

Amazing coffee and waffles! Waffles taste are European like in Belgium! I always like to support local coffee shops and this place is outstanding! modern, cozy and pretty vibe and great service! The owners Tony and Marina are amazing people to be around and will always greet you with a smile! Love coming here! <3
Our experience at United Coffee was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful, and took time to explain menu items we were unsure of. I ended up with a chai latte with oat milk, and a Belgian waffle with strawberries and chocolate. Everything was great, and the strawberries on my waffle were so fresh and vibrant, the whipped cream was fresh and tasted like it was made in house. We will definitely be back for another coffee/tea date! Thank you United coffee staff for a great morning!
My husband and I love United! Locally owned and operated. The owners are wonderful and so kind. I could eat waffles everyday. The coffee is always delicious.
Absolutely love this place!! Incredible Belgian Liege Waffles with yummy toppings or great without too! My favourites are the White Chocolate Raspberry and Strawberry Nutella! They have seasonal drinks, and I’m in love with the Turkish Latte and the Sea Salt Maple! For my chocolate heart there’s the Italian Hot Chocolate—purely genius! You can’t go wrong here- really great place, warm and friendly staff, welcoming environment, great ambiance and atmosphere! There’s also a drive thru which is fairly quick and convenient!
A small yet comfortable shop. Definitely a hidden jem in Fort Wayne. I love the verity of coffee and how much care goes in each cup.

I absolutely love their Italian hot chocolate, it’s the perfect drink for any day. The drink is a 6/5 as it definitely is a very unique taste which will be difficult to find again in the world unless I go to Italy.
Had some good coffee as well as a great waffle. I recommend this place for a little treat for yourself.
