Was very disappointed with the staff here. Made 2 drinks and one was not good. Took it in and they made me pay for another drink. Very poor customers service. At least Starbucks will replace it for free. I love this place but makes you not want to come back if this is how they treat a loyal customer.
I dined in today and the girls working there were very unpleasant. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and got a bagel with cheese and sausage on it. Then when i took it back to be remade, they gave me another bagel with only sausage. Who orders a breakfast sandwich with no egg?! Then when I took that one back they insisted it had an egg on it and refused to make me another one. I walked out after paying 10$ for a coffee and no sandwich. One of the qualifications to work at a biggby must be to have less than 6 brain cells. I’m appalled.
The staff is super friendly, biggby across the board is my favorite coffee place hands down!

Asked for a latte, they made me a frappe. I told her I wanted a latte, and she told me ‘we don’t do that here’ Just had to leave this review to make myself feel better cause now I got this ice cold drink and it’s 25 degrees out. Kinda bummed is all.

This location is too small for a drive thru. You could tell the stress and chaos this brought on the staff. People need to either run and inside and grab their drink, or thyr need to destroy that drive thru!!! Better working conditions for underpaid baristas!

Coffee is alright. I usually have seats. They have a parking lot. There's about 20 seats. They have bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They are open late. Sometimes
