The staff in the crown point location are fantastic. They remember the names of their customers and always have plenty of smiles. They go above and beyond to help!
Girls that are on morning shift are sweethearts! Absolute friendly, smiley and awesome crew!! Hot chocolate is the best I’ve I’ve had in my life and the wrap tastes like homemade! If I had a chance to give them 100 stars I’d do so! Very highly recommended!!! Owner should give them raise cause it’s very hard to find unique staff like this! I do not know their names but they are the team that was here on Monday 6, 2023 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Love the strawberry blueberry boba and also the dragon fruit made with lemonade instead of tea is so good my son loves how the boba just bust on your tongue will be back again this is my second time here

Update: They sucked me in. Their drinks are so good and are always made right every time! Keep it up ! The wait was a little long at the drive through but the employees were very kind and courteous! The lattes are delicious and I’m excited to go back

This is so close to me to frequently get coffee, but very frustrated with getting the wrong order. This has happened three times that I have received a chiller when ordered a hot latte. The wait is so long to receive order that I just leave. I don't like the chillers here at all or else it wouldn't be a big deal (overly sweet-- less coffee taste & the caramel doesn't taste like caramel).

Went there this morning and the girl who handed me my latte didnt have the lid on right so when i grabbed the coffee cup i had coffee in my car, on the side of my car and on me. Latte was too strong. Won't be going back.

The first time time.i tired this place my hot coffee.was luke warm and bad..Tried it again.and i got good fresh.coffee..Today the thrid time.Horribly stong.old coffee..At $2.40 a.cup.i expect.fresh good coffee.evey time.So disappointed.once again..I wont be back.
The name of this place keeps changing..but has the Same menu as Gloria jeans, but it doesn't taste the same. Everytime I get a chiller it tastes different
Really awful. Coffee was tasted super old and bitter. Their tapioca tastes like black licorice and is just sitting in a clump of sugar syrup at the bottom of the drink. We ordered in the drive thru and when we pulled around they couldn’t repeat the order correctly and forgot to give us the breakfast sandwich we ordered. You can get much better coffee elsewhere in CP.
