Great atmosphere, and really good coffee. Definitely going to be coming back!
I purchased some beans from FLUID because of a glowing recommendation for my brother. The beans arrived with a slight issue, so I contacted FLUID to let them know. They were receptive, understanding and prompt in their response. Even more meaningfully, they were very eager to rectify the situation and make things right. The beans are well-roasted and delicious. I would highly recommend FLUID for the quality of both their coffee beans and their customer service. Well done.
Very rude. When I came in and ordered I felt the girl was rushing me and annoyed I was there. I sat down and started doing my school work. A worker came around and checked on everyone, so I thought it was just in my head that she seemed annoyed. But then less than 5 minutes later I was interrupted to be told they were closing in 10 minutes. I said ok politely and tried to finish up my work as quickly as I could. Not even 3 minutes later I was told they were closed and that I needed to leave. I said to the girl that the other girl said 10 minutes and it hadn't even been close to that. She said something I couldn't hear as she walked away from me. I will not be back. They were obviously in a rush to leave for the day, which I understand, however, it is ridiculous that they said one time and then pushed me out. Great way to loose business. Their business hours say open until 7, and this was at 420 that they told me they were closed??? Update your business hours so that your employees can avoid being rude to paying customers....

I’ll be hitting this again every time I head to Chicago. Friendly people, great food, immaculate vibes and real coffee.
This is an AWESOME place to have a cup (or two) of coffee. I love the different offerings, really out of the box combos. The ambiance is dope, also. Love it, so will you.

I love all of the Fluid branches so much, such a great vibe. I always get the Novus Ordo but this time I tried the Diana of the Dunes and it's divine.... Also the execution of this latte art is perfection 🤌
Google maps wants you to stop on Broadway and walk across the ditch. 🤣😂 The plywood chairs are straight out of a medieval torture dungeon. The barista didn't know what a breve was, but after I explained it, she made one that was delicious, with plenty of coffee flavor and the smooth mouthfeel of sufficient milkfat. (which needs no sugar or "flavor" shots) The smoked salmon bagel was EXCELLENT!! I generally prefer a "New York style" bagel, but it was very fresh and chewy, while still being rigid enough to support the delicious toppings. Capers and onions are expected on these, but the fresh dill was flavorful enough to provide sufficient tang, plus I didn't have to worry about a caper rolling down my chest and into my lap. (Sorry, I had already eaten half before I realized I needed to submit a review in praise. 🤣)
Me and my partner vended at the Indiana Vintage Fest this Saturday, where Fluid had a little stand for coffee and Adrian and Sage were so sweet. They even came around to our booth around pack up time and said hi! Adrian told me they mostly work at this location so best believe I'm letting y'all know! p.s. y'all need to serve that raspberry iced coffee everywhere because I drank 3 of them at the event lol!!!

Just not a fan. Cool vibe and atmosphere. Definitely a hipster vibe to it. Ordered iced tea, told no problem, received hot tea, told they don't do iced tea, only hot. OK thanks for letting me know when I ordered. The tea BTW, isnt very good and extremely weak flavor. Breakfast sandwich kinda sucks. Pre-made ingredients, including an egg Puck roughly a quarter of a inch thick.. Bacon was limp and nasty. Microwaved to heat up. For 16 bucks. Yeah, no thanks, seriously an awful breakfast sandwich. McDonald's is better, and McDonald's is awful lol
Came in today for a few drinks and had such amazing service!! Coming here is always the highlight of my day & I enjoy the welcoming feeling the workers deliver with every visit ❤️.

Holy moly their avocado toast is out of this world. Truly. Somehow their bagels are perfect despite it getting delivered (and sitting for probably 30 minutes after being toasted). The coffee is fine, but I literally cannot get enough of their breakfast sandwiches. So satisfying.
I was first introduced to Fluid from the location in Valparaiso, but was glad when a much closer location to me opened! The food and drink selection is excellent.
Delicious coffee (Lemon Love is a must try!!) and lovely staff!
