The coffee was great. We all enjoyed what we ordered. Minus one star for not having a changing table. I’m not changing my child’s diaper on the bathroom floor - disgusting.

Great aesthetic, decent amount of seating, private meeting rooms to rent if needed, helpful baristas, and the coffee was great!

I would rather drink sewer water than to drink their coffee again

WOW! Fantastic cuppa! I had the Ethiopian black hot. Very smooth and satisfying. I will be back and bring friends.

I love the original Java House location! It is conveniently in Clay Terrace which makes it the perfect place to stop for a refreshing drink and snack while out shopping. I work in the mall and like to stop by for a refreshment during work! They also have a variety of conference rooms that are rentable for $15 an hour. The upstairs meeting room is great and can comfortably sit 10+ people. It is complete with a tv for presentations and you can ask for a whiteboard for notes and brainstorming. I love to get a Nitro. It is served fresh from the tap and is creamy, smooth and delicious! I like to add some salted caramel for a little extra flavor! The baristas here are great and so friendly. They are always happy to help me craft a new creation that is the perfect fit for whatever I'm in the mood for. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

Seem to be trying to get away with giving people who order drip coffee watery americanos for some reason

Probably the most meh coffee experience I've had and I'm a huge coffee fan (both fru fru drinks and legit coffee). I had the Workaholic as I'm on a staycation and thought that would be ironic. It was ok but definitely not great. I grabbed my husband a bagel sandwich as he was waiting in the car and he told me it was the blandest thing he's ever eaten and had about 2 bites of it. I'm still giving 3 stars because the aesthetic is really fun - this would be a great place to hang out with friends for a while. The staff was already friendly.

Environment is neat but the latte is not a latte. Maybe it was made with coffee? But that’s not a latte. That’s a caffe misto. It tasted like a warm cup of milk. Bleh.

Cozy coffee shop - ask a barista for a recommendation and they ace it every time! Super nice folks

Staff is always friendly and prompt. Coffee is on point smooth and delicious, music is good most days, only downfall of each location is seating is hard to come by often due to the shops size. Good for them but disappointing for us customers at times. Would highly recommend popping in for a coffee or tea delicious drinks'!

the baristas don’t know how to make coffee. they just serve sweet milk with maybe half a shot. very disappointed and not worth the price.

We went to the Christmas festival in Carmel yesterday and ordered hot chocolate and it was terrible. Nothing like paying $15 and something tasting bad.

Best coffee in town. Absolutely obsessed with the honey baby. Atmosphere is relaxing and cozy, exactly what you want in a coffee shop. Can’t beat it!

I didn’t drink coffee until a year and a half ago when I discovered Javahouse Coffee bar in Clay Terrace. Now I can’t stop drinking it. It blows any national coffee brand out of the water. They not only have the best coffee around, but the staff and environment inside their shops are top notch. So excited that they’re expanding to more locations throughout Central Indiana.

Coffee absolutely sucks. Just started working at the mall. Every time I order on the app, it's never ready when it says it will be. I always add flavors and creams - never tastes or looks like anything is in them. Service sucks. Took them 10 minutes to even realize I ordered a bakery item, then another 10 to warm it. Of course this is after everyone else has placed and received their orders in full. Starbucks is worth the walk, wait and money in comparison to this place. If you want to be reminded of your nasty office break room coffee machine, order from here.

I ordered a small capuchino, didn't taste it until I had left clay terrace; once I had a chance to try it, it was all steamed milk, not an ounce of coffee 😒
